\u201cIt\u2019s so great to see all our work and preparation coming together for the event. We work with an external company called Main Weddings and Events to plan and organise these events. They deal with the suppliers and ensure that we showcase the services and hotel to the best advantage. Hanbury is such a special venue we love to show its many facets to the couples planning their day.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe try to ensure that we showcase everything the potential bride and groom might want; to make their day is as special as possible.\u00a0We can organise private show rounds, menu tastings, and arrange meetings with our in house wedding coordinators.\u00a0 They take great delight in working closely with the brides and grooms to create a truly memorable occasion whatever their individual taste and requirements. Hanbury encourage events of all kinds \u2013 religious, ethnic, secular, same sex, white weddings or civil ceremonies.”<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love meeting the couples and sharing their excitement during the preparation of their special day.\u00a0 It is extremely rewarding discussing their ideas and turning them into a magical event that reflects their personalities.\u00a0 Great support is vital to create a unique tailor made event and the Hanbury wedding coordinators liaise with the couples to organise all the elements of the day so the bride, groom and guests can just relax and savour the experience.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0On the wedding Day itself we have a Bridal Concierge to assist the Bride.\u00a0 They provide personal assistance and alleviate stress wherever possible.\u00a0 We also have a dedicated banqueting manager who supervises the operational side of the event.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOur wedding co-ordinators will be on hand to guide the visitors through the process and ensure they take advantage of all the information available. Many couples are not sure what they want so showcasing all the services and facilities together can help focus their minds.\u00a0 Alternatively, they may already have specific ideas and themes in mind and the wedding coordinators can turn them into practical and workable solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I had to give advice to couples attending the event, I would say talk to all the suppliers and take information, so when you return home you can assess and decide exactly what sort of wedding you want.\u00a0 Take time to look around the venue and all the fabulous options available to you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love showing couples all the different wedding venues that Hanbury can offer.\u00a0 The stunning Poles Hall with its vaulted ceiling and minstrel\u2019s gallery can be set for the ceremony or the wedding breakfast and adds real grandeur to the occasion.\u00a0 For the more informal setting Garden Court is a self contained option with \u00a0its own conservatory, walled garden and even bedrooms for the quests.\u00a0 \u00a0There are also smaller options \u2013 the Drawing and Conservatory with stone fireplaces and oak panelling offer views across the golf course and are perfect for the smaller affair.\u00a0 There is something to suit everyone.\u00a0\u00a0 The golf course and the spa can also be incorporated to offer the guests a memorable weekend.”<\/p>\n
