Here is a slightly sweet but refreshing DIY watermelon cocktail recipe from Paula at Call Me PMc<\/a> that will leave your taste buds tingling all night long.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Prep Time: 5 mins<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • 2 cups watermelon<\/li>\n
  • 12 mint leaves<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup ice<\/li>\n
  • 2 oz rum<\/li>\n
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges<\/li>\n
  • Club Soda\/Sprite<\/li>\n
  • Watermelon, lime and mint for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DIY Instructions<\/h2>\n

    1. Add to your shaker: watermelon, mint, ice, and lime wedges. Mix together making sure to crush the ice and lime to release flavours.<\/li>\n
    2. Add rum and shake.<\/li>\n
    3. Fill glasses with ice and pour half full with watermelon mixture. Finish filling glass with soda water and stir to combine.<\/li>\n
    4. Garnish with a watermelon wedge, mint stem and or lime wedge<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
