\u201cThe boho wedding theme is seeing a resurgence this year as more and more couples look to create a wedding day that is inspired by nature<\/a> and the great outdoors with lots of greenery alongside beautiful earthy tones.\u00a0 Farrow and Ball\u2019s paint colours of the year for 2020 are Duck Green and Sap Green, and they lend themselves perfectly to the boho look and incorporating the great outdoors into lots of weddings.<\/p>\n

\u201cGiving your wedding a natural look is actually quite an easy thing to do. From the subtle use of various shades of green via accents in the napkins to flowers in the bouquets, table decorations and bridesmaid dresses, the whole day can reflect a love of nature and give an ethereal feel. It doesn\u2019t matter what time of the year the wedding is being held, the theme can easily be incorporated into the day. Using a flower wall as a backdrop to the day is a great idea creating a magical wow moment. These can be made using lots of greenery including ivy accented with flowers or made with more flowers, and greenery as an accent. Big or small, they are the perfect background to pictures, a focal point for the service and are a great addition to your evening reception decor.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe choice of wildflowers in the bouquets is a must with herbs such as rosemary, thyme, lemongrass and lavender being used in table decorations creating the most beautiful aromas and visual impact, as well as ingredients at the drinks reception. \u00a0Cocktails and mocktails made using mint, and other natural garden-grown ingredients are a real treat for the tastebuds.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe like to help couples choose complementing colours and great matches for greens are gorgeous creams, soft pinks and golds to create a warm feel to the day. Also, include lots of delicate fern scented candles around the rooms and on the reception tables to create a beautiful atmosphere and scent. Fairy lights are a must as they create such a warm, dream-like feeling whatever the time of year. Create a breath-taking canopy over the tables with strings of lights intertwined with greens or in draping fabrics or alternatively just string lights from the ceiling and around windows and doors will create a magical feeling.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe food menu brings with it a choice of dishes inspired by nature with vegan<\/a> and vegetarian menus becoming more and more popular.
