What are the latest wedding trends you are seeing at the moment? And what is your favourite trend?<\/em><\/p>\nI think the latest trends at weddings at the moment are \u201csweet trolleys\u201d and \u201cfun photo booths\u201d. My favourite trend has to be the fun photo booths as our local photographer has a London taxi that has been converted into a outdoor mobile photo booth. It is the cutest thing ever!<\/p>\n

You are working with brides and grooms every day. Is their excitement infectious?<\/em><\/p>\nOf course, the is an excitement is infectious when speaking with our loved up couples! For me, every wedding that we plan is so personal and very exciting. We remember each one and we all have our own fond memories of our couple’s weddings.<\/p>\n
What do couples love most about your venue? What makes them go \u201cWow\u201d?<\/em><\/p>\nCouples fall in love with our high ceiling and bay window in our ballroom. Our gorgeous conservatory is very popular. However the “WOW” factor I must say has to come from the view of the rolling fields and hills from the Lower Garden. It is truly breathtaking!<\/p>\n

Which do you prefer\u2026 Summer weddings or winter weddings?<\/em><\/p>\nI personally prefer summer weddings. They are usually very colourful and couples can make the most of the hotel grounds. There is a buzz in the air, the evenings are a little longer and if it’s a good day, guests can often be found stealing a few rays throughout the day.
