When speaking of what he loves the most about his role at Cedar Court Huddersfield, Shaun says it has to be the end product: “My favourite part of setting up someone\u2019s wedding is knowing that the following day I get the pleasure of running the bride and groom’s special day and making it a big success.”<\/p>\n

The most common worry Shaun mentions, has to do with public speaking: “The bride and groom worry about different things prior to the big day, with the groom (and sometimes the bride too) it\u2019s normally the speech. Worrying they may say the wrong thing or that people may not get the jokes. It usually works out perfect in the end; with plenty of practice of course!”<\/p>\n

Shaun also notes that there is one feature every couple must look for in their wedding venue; “It has to be the friendliness of the staff that work there and the hotel wedding coordinator \u2013 these are the people who they will be working with on the lead up to and on the day of their wedding, so it is important that the bride and groom can trust the staff. Also the perfect room \u2013 the function room in the hotel that just makes them think ‘wow, I want my wedding in this venue’<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

Secondly, Shaun tells us that great photography locations are always appreciated regarding a few hot spots at Cedar Court Huddersfield – “There\u2019s an area just in front of the hotel that is great for photos, and the hotel gardens, with our Greek pillars, they always looks great in wedding photographs.”<\/p>\n
