When mentioning the gorgeous Yorkshire location, Amy says, “Our guests do love it, and why wouldn\u2019t they? We are in the heart of Yorkshire nestled in the middle of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, which makes us the ideal location for a wedding, so beautiful for wedding photos and easy for anyone to travel to.”<\/p>\n
For upcoming weddings, Amy has noticed some gorgeous late spring and summer trends: We recently had a vintage inspired floral themed wedding at the hotel and the different colours and flowers. It looked fantastic, very quirky and absolutely perfect for a spring wedding.<\/p>\n

When it comes to that “WOW” factor, Amy goes on to explain it’s the personal touch that makes all the difference: “We get some lovely comments and remarks on how lovely the staff are at the hotel. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly (if I do say so myself!). The attention to detail we put into each wedding to make it their own is always outstanding and I feel this really adds something special on the day too.”<\/p>\n

This may also be because Cedar Court Huddersfield have a great knowledge and experience in holding weddings of many difference capacities.”The hotel can host ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and evening receptions up to 320 people, although we have a wide range of large and smaller weddings. It’s ideal as they can have everything under one roof so the bride & groom won\u2019t have the stress of moving their guests from one place to another”, Amy tells us.<\/p>\n
Planning a wedding with a couple means that couples develop a close relationship with their events team at a wedding venue. This is something Amy notes is one of her passions in her role: “I love getting to know a bride & groom and helping them with planning their wedding. I am there every step of the way and there is always a lovely moment when it actually comes to their special day. We always make sure everything is very organized so it all runs smoothly for them, so it\u2019s always a good busy \u263a and very exciting!<\/p>\n
