I have been baking for over 20 years, it is my absolute passion.

I love creating something new and thoroughly enjoy what I do. Whether it's an elegant Wedding Cake or just a simple Scone. Even when I am not working, you will find me working on Sugarcraft in my kitchen.

I am a supplier to the White Horse Hotel, Hertingfordbury, Herts & have been for some time now, delivering various baked goods.

I am based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
