and the team in the planning of our day. Alison was able to provide lots of ideas and was supportive around all our suggestions (and I certainly had a lot of suggestions / ideas of how I wanted the day to look and run), with nothing being too much trouble. Alison was also always on hand and promptly responded to queries via email etc - great service.

2. The day ran very smoothly, with the team providing a professional level of service. On the day we had a specific point of contact who discreetly liaised with us and looked after us both from start to finish, which was re-assuring and left us with nothing to worry about other than enjoying ourselves.

3. The food was amazing. We had eaten in the restaurant several times before and was always impressed and the food on the day lived up to expectations and more. The meal choices that we could select from was varied and gave us lots of options and on the day this was served promptly with all guests praising their meals.

And finally, the price and package is excellent value and also gives flexibility to tailor the day to meet your requirements.

My only regret is that we can not do it all over again as it was an amazing day, made possible by the Admiral Rodney and their team.

everything run smoothly so we had nothing to worry about which allowed us to enjoy our day even more! The food was delicious and we had a lot of compliments made from our guests about the food. If I could do it all over again tomorrow I would and I wouldn't change a single thing!

Food was cooked to perfection and arrived to guests who ordered with no mistakes made! Decorations, music, etc was great! Everyone enjoyed it so much that we didnt have to worry about it and just enjoy the day and talk to our guests! It was truly a special event with lovely photos outside and inside! Parking spacious as well and off the main roads! I can't recommend it enough - lovely atmosphere, customer service, prices and people!! If I can get married every day (to the same man though!!) I would at Admiral Rodney Hotel, Horncastle!!

the time we approached the hotel for our wedding to make all arrangements easy and stress free and on the day the reception room looked magical. there are not enough thankyous to express my gratitude. you have an exceptional team and I will recommend you without hesitation.

I think it is fair to say i'm the kind of person who likes things "just so" or basically "my way" I pay very close attention to detail. And I was always asking questions and nipping in for what was meant to be a 5min conversation, always turned out to be much more. But this was never too much for any of the staff. They were always very happy to help or calm me down!
I do have to say Alison was just fantastic! Always there. ready to hear my next idea or just to tell me everything will be fine. She was my rock through all the planning! I will never forget how helpful she was.
We brought quite a lot of things into the venue as we were having an autumnal theme. So there was an arbour in the ceremony room, grass used as the isle, leaves all over the floor, plants dotted around everywhere and even random pumpkins here and there! Again none of this was too much. The staff even helped to lay things out.
The whole day ran so smooth and if it didn't well I certainly didn't hear about it. It really was a perfect day. Although I knew the staff were buzzing around doing all sorts I never actually noticed. I didn't hear one negative comment and still haven't about our wedding day. All of our guests enjoyed every single minute as much as we did.
I would have loved to share pics with this site as I fear my words just don't do this venue justice.
The food was outstanding for the meal, we had a carvery and on he evening we had pork baps with apple sauce etc or sausage baps. Which again everyone loved!
The chef even carved a beautiful pumpkin, which again I wish I could share! It was stunning!
The staff were just amazing and the venue was beautiful. What more can a bride ask for

warm, but everyone enjoyed being outside in the front garden area.
The staff were brilliant, especially Alison who was attentive and very receptive to all our requests. We were able to try some of the meal options and chosen wines.
We didn't hire chair covers as the chairs were new and glad we didn't, as the set up of the room looked brilliant. We had put up bunting and had our table decorations.
The outside lawn area was well used by our guests and valued outside space given the heat and humidity.
We were very pleased with the food and service during the meal.
We had around 55 guests for the wedding breakfast and as the dance floor had to be left clear of tables, it was comfortable but I wouldn't have wanted a lot more guests in the space.

management worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding day was perfect.

I can not recommend this Hotel and their wedding service highly enough they are truly amazing.

we arrived on mass and nothing was too much trouble for them

looking building for wedding pictures we got some loverly pics of our special day. if we could do it again we would defo be booking the admiral rodney horncastle :-)
