Fabulous hotel, the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. My wedding was made all the more special with staff helping out and the food was amazing!! They will do their upmost to give you what you want for your special day. Highly recommend

sing the praises of all the staff members enough, every one of them was professional throughout and helped make the day run smoothly. We want to just say an extra thank you to Elaine, Bob and Kieran - they went above and beyond their job roles for us.
Elaine was so helpful with the organisation of people around the wedding breakfast, she was so approachable and nothing was too much to ask.
Bob helped us the night before and the night of the wedding with all of our bits and bobs. We were so tired at the end of the day but we needed to get everything sorted because we were going to the airport - Bob made sure that all of our belongings made it to our room.
Kieran was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - we were actually sad when he came to say bye because he was going home. Without his reassurance and calming nature before the ceremony I'm sure we both would have passed out with our nerves. Several members of our wedding party commented on how thorough and helpful he was.

Please pass on our personal thanks to each of them because without them the day would not have been the same.

Everyone commented on how tasty the food was as well. It was so organised, everyone got the correct meals, at the same time. We didn't have to ask a thing because it was perfectly managed.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Forest Hills to anyone, we had the most incredible day.

bridezilla moments I can’t thank them enough. On the day Kieran was just amazing completely took over all the stress I was under and made me feel amazing and so relaxed, he catered to every little detail (even cleaned my muddy heels) not just for the bride and groom but for family and friends and everyone was singing your praises Kieran so thank you so so much for making our day so special. The bar staff were amazing especially one lady who I forget her name, so sorry but was from New York was fantastic. There are just to many names to mention but they were all very helpful and couldn’t do enough for everyone. The food was excellent not one complaint from anyone even my kids who are so fussy were raving about it. Rooms are clean and the pool and spa are amazing especially the month free pass before the wedding for us and the kids to use was so enjoyable for all of us.

I can honestly say the whole day was perfect so many beautiful memories have been made and that’s through the hard work all staff put into making it so special. I had my perfect day, I felt like a princess and I know my family and friends will be returning, you have had so many excellent reviews from all of them. I look forward to my anniversary visit! We have just arrived home from a wonderful weekend at the forest hills hotel where we renewed our wedding vows.

From start to finish Charlotte has been amazing she would answer all of my questions promptly, and was extremely helpful!

Our Wedding Celebration @ Forest Hills Hotel (Happiness is togetherness) with family and special friends a really special day, which started as a small quiet event and then developed into a full day and evening occasion with more than a little help from Tracey Harding Senior Conference Events …

The hotel is located in our part of the world on Frodsham hill surrounded by fields, the famous sandstone trail, lovely views of the Cheshire plains and the golf course which I have frequented on numerous occasions.

In total we arranged - accommodated around thirty guests staying over without many complaints, we stayed in room 106 on our wedding night.

Wedding lunch – Evening Buffet – Breakfast yeah – yeah - yeah ((All good))

Sincere thanks!! Finding the love of a lifetime is made possible when one has already experienced a lifetime’s worth of love. Thank you to our friends, family members (Eastern and Western), Tracey Harding and her hotel staff without whom this day would never be possible.

David and I very much enjoyed our day, made all the more stress free by Tina and the staff at the hotel, I think it's definitely in order to offer a few specific thank you's.

Chris very much helped me out the night before letting me have a peek at the rooms and practice our entrance to the music, …

it just put my mind at rest that everything was in order for the next day and to know he was on duty the next night too left me feeling in capable hands. Plus he was very chatty and down to earth which was just what I needed to hear!

Bob was great the next morning he definitely calmed me down on arrival as I was running a tad late but I think he managed to hold off the registrars whilst the photographer grabbed some photo's first, that was much appreciated.

Obviously Tina, Tracey and Charlotte who spent plenty of time dealing with my random emails and queries it all helped me keep an eye on things from this end, so thank you!!

Elaine was as efficient as ever and made sure things ran to time with dinner (despite a minor dress issue mid-way).

I've also had a lot of my guests mention one of your staff Neil, I met him briefly as he was collecting in the table name cards for me and he was very polite and helpful and a number of guests said he went the extra mile to assist with whatever they needed, so it's only fair to say that he was a real credit to the running of the day making my guests feel very welcome.

Lastly I have to mention Tamsin again, although I did also go and find her the next morning to thank her in person. One of David's ushers managed to pour a glass of red wine down the front of my dress between the main course and dessert!! Without Tamsin and my bridesmaids help and reassurance I don't know what I'd have done. She reacted so quickly requesting, white wine, towels and hairdryers and within 30 mins you couldn't really tell what had happened to my dress, certainly none of my evening guests mentioned it! She even instructed the kitchen to hold the desserts until I was back so I didn't miss out, it meant we were slightly late with the night do, but other than that everything was just perfect!

So a big thanks to you all as I know the above are only a small number of people but you really made the day special for us from start to finish, thanks so much from the new Mr and Mrs Thomson!

On the big day itself, everything went like clockwork, and the staff on hand that day were brilliant, the duty manager even straightened my dress for me for walking down the aisle :) We received lots of wonderful feedback from our guests about the meal and the evening buffet, the food really was fantastic.
We also received wonderful feedback about what a lovely Hotel we had chosen with the stunning views. I would like to mention what a credit Tracey Harding is to your team, for around 22 mths since i first booked with you, she has been amazing helping me with any questions and the planning, which resulted in the duty manager making sure we had a perfect day.
Both myself and Jason would definatly recommend your hotel to anyone wanting a great venue for thier function and even though we live locally i think we shall be back to stay with you again at some point, in fact we've already book to return in November 2014 a year later to have Jason's 40th and we can't wait to have another special occasion at the Forest Hills Hotel!
