clockwork. The team were professional, and every single member of staff looked after us and our guests perfectly. The food was AMAZING - all our guests complimented the food, and some said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and I would agree! In the evening, the restaurant manager took over, and again, everything ran perfectly, keeping our guests fed and watered until the small hours.

The day after the wedding, my husband and I stayed at Brockencote for another day, and had room service all day and it was just divine. The rooms are all beautiful, and our friends are planning on coming to stay again in the future! I really can't say enough about how fab Brockencote were: I want to do the whole day all over again! Thanks so much to the whole team.

feedback about the food - which was delicious!
We were so grateful for their flexibility around the menu offered, we were able to pick and suggest virtually anything for the canapes, wedding breakfast and evening food.
The venue was worth every penny and reasonably priced if you are able to fill all the bedrooms too. I could not recommend the venue enough and I just hope I'm invited to another wedding there in the future!

gorgeous, and the layout of everything was exactly how I had pictured it. As far as we were concerned on the day, it couldn’t have gone any better!! It was so lovely of you to come out and join us during our little photo shoot too, I’m sure Nick was impressed with your eye for detail! It really was the best day of our lives, we cannot wait to get the photos back so we can continue to relive every detail!

We would also like to thank all of the staff at Brockencote and please do pass on the message. Dan, the waiters/waitresses, the chef and kitchen staff, the bar staff, the receptionist, the cleaners in the hotel rooms, everyone was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make the day so spectacular. We have had comment after comment from our guests about just how good the service was. The food was delicious, and everyone I’ve spoken to has said that it was the best wedding food they have ever had!

You have simply been incredible Staci and we will never forget all the special little details of our day and this weekend. Thank you so so much.

delivered was more than first class. Everyone went the extra mile and made sure that all of the guests felt special as well as most importantly Victoria and Andrew.

Cancelling twice due to covid is not nice and puts a big strain on us and the hotel. From stories that other people have said other venues have been very difficult to work with and they have been charged a lot more. I couldn’t have had a more different experience with Brockencote and it was as stress free and easy as it could have been.

This was the only venue I looked at, being born locally I knew from an early age I wished to get married at this venue. I currently live abroad and can honestly say the help, organisation and advice from Staci and her team made the whole process enjoyable and not in the least bit stressful. Staci was excellent in her communication and promptness in her response and made me feel that I was in good hands. The day ran smoothly and my husband and I were able to enjoy every minute, as did all of the guests. The option to stay the night with many of our guests meant that we could all have breakfast together the next morning and reminisce about the previous night. The wedding breakfast itself was of high quality and a nice variety of seasonal meals available, made the meal very enjoyable.

All in all, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and I would thoroughly recommend this venue as a wedding location and cannot wait to visit in the future.

We were guided when we needed guiding and we were given creative freedom where desired. Such is the quality of the venue, however, very little input was needed to make it the dream day.

The chefs recommendations were brilliant, and everything about the food was above and beyond.

We cannot recommend Brockencote enough. Planning a wedding is stressful and Brockencote made the whole process much less daunting. The building is beautiful, but as a venue they offer so much more than simply aesthetics.

It was a wonderful day helped by a wonderful venue with wonderful staff led by the wonderful Staci.

too much trouble’ attitude ensured we had the day we dreamt of.

The food was delicious. We had the freedom to choose our menu and the chefs did a great job of using seasonal produce to bring our ideas together. The presentation was beautiful.

All of the staff were friendly, happy and attentive offering fantastic service throughout.

The bedrooms are gorgeous and staying in the beautiful lodge the night before really gave the bridal party a special experience. An evening of bubbles in the hot tub, waking to a delicious continental breakfast and excitedly getting ready in the modern bathroom and dressing area gave a great start to the wedding.

There is honestly nothing we could fault about Brockencote Hall Hotel and we are so glad we choose this venue for our special day. We would highly recommend as wedding venue, restaurant and hotel.

music and much much more. A key document that records everything and makes sure nothing is overlooked or forgotten and Staci was always there with gentle reminders of things you still needed to resolve.

The menu tasting was a pleasant experience with a senior manager there noting every detail and variation of both food and drinks you require which was perfectly presented on the day. Well done and thank you to the chief, manager and all of the staff.

On the day everyone is nervous, what you need is a smooth, slick operation where everything is organised and no one is bothering you with last minute questions or requiring instructions and that is exactly what we got. Every member of the team had obviously been carefully briefed, were cheerful (which I think is very important) and attentive to guests needs. Again a big thank you from us.

We had a wonderful day, lovely wedding, fantastic food and Best of all everyone had a great time, all down to the Brockencote Hall Hotel.

day was perfect, I stayed with my bridesmaids the evening before and the staff were helpful with suppliers coming and going, brought us breakfast to keep us going and even helped keep the same rooms as we would have on the wedding evening to save the hassle of moving rooms! The itinerary of the day was run through and the day itself went smoothly - the food is amazing and everyone is still commenting on it to this day! We couldn’t have wished for anything else for our day (just maybe that it went a little bit slower!) we can’t wait to visit the venue again as Mr and Mrs and recall some of the special memories that Brockencote will always hold for us. was beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure the our day went off exactly as we had imagined.
Everyone said that they were very impressed with the setting, the way the service was arranged and the food which was praised by all.
We all had a wonderful time and have already planned to have a meal and spend a night to celebrate our first anniversary.
