We are proud to be an Exclusive Wedding Venue, meaning when you book Charlton House for your Wedding Day you have the option of it becoming your very own home for the most intimate and spectacular Wedding. With full run of the Hotel, Spa & Bedrooms it ensures total privacy for all of your Friends & Family.

The Orangery has floor to celing windows and doors with views across the gardens and direct access onto a private terrace.

Couples and their guests can stay overnight in the 28 individually designed bedrooms, which includes our incredible bridal suite. Then each guest that stays overnight enjoys Breakfast in the morning and can enjoy the spa facilities until 1pm.

We are also running a Winter Offer at £6,500.00 for remaning January, February and March dates 2023.

Would like to start by saying, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
Me and my wife got engaged at Charlton house on the 4th Feb 2019 and was after a week of discussions we decided to get married on the 31st March 2019!

On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and I cannot of asked for anything to be better!

We celebrated our wedding here in July and couldn't have picked a more perfect venue. Firstly the venue itself is stunning, the rooms are unique and luxurious, the gardens were beautiful, perfect for photo opportunities, the marquee and Orangery worked great as the main spaces we used and the food …

was exceptional (best wedding food as mentioned by many of our guests!). Finally the staff at the Charlton deserve a special mention, Julien, who ensured everything went to plan on the day in a calm manner, Megan who helped with all the planning behind the scenes and the ladies in the spa/at reception. The day would not have been the same without them. I would strongly recommend anyone to have their wedding here, it is a 5 star venue but without the pretentious side and a bit of Somerset charm. Would especially recommend the exclusive hire so you can make the venue feel like home for the weekend. Thank you from the new Mr & Mrs Renouf

restaurant when they were cooking it to order for, say, 2 people I would have been mightily impressed but to maintain that high standard for over 100 people is more than impressive.
The ambience is delightful and the rooms beautifully decorated and presented. We couldn't have chosen a better venue. Congratulations and thanks to the staff - nothing was too much trouble and they worked their socks off.

personal service from the chef James. All the staff have been friendly, helpful and polite on each time we have visited and the surroundings were beautiful.
We stayed in the bridal suite and had the most comfortable bed ever with stacks of pillows.
If we were getting married again, we would still choose Charlton House.
