extra touches left for us in the suite -rose petals on bed, champagne from staff, wedding card. Also when we arrived home from honeymoon to receive a card, personalised bar of chocolate and 1 year anniversary stay at the hotel. We both had a very enjoyable day, weather was lovely and the hotel with the lake made it special to us.

couldn’t get into the room the night before. I of course was uneasy about this as I would then not be able to set the room up on the Saturday. As promised though the venue did everything for me just how I wanted it! At the end of the night everything was packed away for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was amazing in all we had the perfect day

porters to the receptionists and even the bar staff. I didn't even realise there was a large event on and another wedding the same day as ours until the next morning.
The views of the lake are stunning and make a great backdrop for photos. All of our guests loved the food which all came out hot and even the evening buffet was spoken about weeks later.
All our dietary requirements where met, dairy free, egg free, gluten free, vegetarians etc and just seemed no hassle at all.
Some of our guests have been back for a nights stay and even people i worked with who heard all about it have also been.
I could recommend this venue enough, even if it is a nights break. The venue, staff, food everything we just fell in love with and had such a magical and amazing day.

food was fantastic and the whole day went really smoothly and exactly as we were expecting.

We had Stacey as our Wedding co-ordinater and she was fantastic, keeping us organised and making all our arrangements and letting us know what we needed to do and when.

The whole team who looked after us on the day and the whole weekend were great.

fault! During our 18 months of planning I was in constant contact with our wedding coordinator ‘Stacey’. No question was too big or small for them, no requirements or requests were too much either. I always got email replies straight away and they made me feel so relaxed that I could trust them with all of our plans. The day before the wedding, my bridesmaids and I all had a meal and were given a glass of bubbly to celebrate! They treated us like we were having the only wedding in the world. The morning of the wedding I had three members of staff (poly, lewis and Hugh), who helped run our wedding day. I never saw them without a smile on their face and were so helpful. Our day ran so smoothly and if there were any problems they would of sorted it as I wasn’t aware of anything. The whole day was just amazing, all the guests had a great day. We cannot thank the hotel and staff enough.

our initial meeting to the actual day. Nothing was too much trouble as we finalised the details for our big day and by listenign to her suggestions we are able ot tailor the day to exactly as we wanted it.

We first met Gareth we were having our food and beverage tasting and he led the team on the actual day of the wedding, he kept everything to time with a smile and a laugh, again making sure everything was perfect.
We also decided we wanted a "photo booth" on the day and Faye and Jon (the Two Bonnies) did an amazing job - some of the photos make me laugh out loud and everyone enjoyed the experience (with a copy of any photos to take away).

I would recommend the location and the people who made our day so special. Truly everyone exceeded our expectations and we had the most amazing time.

what ideas we had for the wedding. She has many many years of experience with weddings and we were confident that we were in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble even me being fussy and wanting a bespoke menu (my wife has a lot of allergies and I am a fussy eater). As the months counted down to the wedding Lisa would check in with us ensuring that everything was going well and more importantly how we were, always offering her help and recommendations (which were always great!).

With a week to go we visited the hotel and Lisa introduced us to Sophie who was going to look after us on the day, whilst it was a shame that Lisa was going to be on holiday and could not be there for the day Sophie was highly professional and ran us through the plan of the day, she also gave some great recommendations that we hadn't thought about.

Then came the big day, my wife had stayed in one of the apartments at the hotel the night before with her mother and bridesmaids. I would highly recommend doing this to anyone thinking of getting married here as it takes a lot of stress out of the morning as the bride is already there and the team onsite looked after them making sure that my wife was kept up to date on what was happening i.e. that the room was all ready, that I had arrived, etc.

The day went extremely smoothly and this was due, in no small part to Sophie and her team. She ushered us around and made sure that everything was beyond perfect. Sophie and the team did not stop working throughout the day and I can not thank them enough for all their hard work, nothing was too much trouble.

I have no qualms in posting this 5 star review. To all the staff at the hotel... Thank You!

the perfect coordinator she was on hand throughout on the end of the phone or email what ever question we asked she always had the right answer. Two days before our wedding we changed to the Wedding Day coordinate this was Sophie and her team who also was very efficient and helpful.
The ceremony room looked over the lake which was a fantastic setting!
The wedding breakfast was superbly cooked and served by efficient staff
With a separate menu for the children which worked very well, this was also served in a room overlooking the lake which everyone said was beautiful!!
We then had a break for everyone to freshen up before the evening disco etc began Sophie and her team then delivered the hog roast with a selection of salads.
Guests of the wedding party were able to book rooms at discounted prices too.
We were very happy with our wedding day at The De Vere Cotswold Water Park I would rate it 100% excellent!

disappointed that's for sure from the very first email we received the service given to us was first class we were completely wowed in how professional and lovely all Cotswold staff where.
We decided we would stay for the weekend and try it all out (undercover) to see if we still were given the same treatment and we was not disappointed at all the weekend we spend in the hotel and spa was truly unforgettable, I knew we had made the right decision booking our wedding there, lisa the wedding Cordinator helped me in the build up to the wedding, planning and organising everything in making sure the whole wedding was everything we wanted without her expert skills I'm not sure I would of coped at all everything down to seating drinks food ideas she had the answers for everything,
On the day of our wedding 21/01/17 staff at Cotswold made our day super special the events manger did such an amazing job in over looking everything our day ran so smoothly it was everything we wished for and
More, infact all staff were surperb the bar staff, kitchen staff, down to the man who drove me over in the golf buggy we had 150 people attend our wedding and every single guest was completely overwhelmed in the whole day surroundings food service staff we can't thank four pillars enough for making our dream wedding come true and
We look forward to spending many more weekends there in the future

Everything went to plan and I know how hard Lisa and her team worked to get the ceremony and reception rooms looking so beautiful. Requests were met without hesitation and professionally dealt with. I would highly recommend the Four Pillars without hesitation, our day was amazing!!!

of the phone if we had any queries or needed any wedding contacts. Her knowledge and organisation throughout the whole thing meant we didn't need to worry about anything in the lead up to the big day. Liam was excellent on the day. He set out the room exactly as we had imagined and made sure everything went smoothly on the day. We really do believe that everyone at CWP played a big part in making our day so special. We now just wish we could do it all again :)

she was there with it from swapping food to bottles of milk kept behind the bar for our baby Logan, I had so many guests singing her praises and can't thank her enough. I can't believe it was her first wedding! Which speaks volumes for the four pillars training and ability to place team members in roles which are suited to them.

The food was amazing and cooked to perfection, there was the perfect amount of time between courses and not a single complaint, every guest was well accommodated from gluten free diet to vegetarian and even picky eaters were kept happy by swapping food Just because it wasn't something they eat.

Again thank you for all your help in ensuring our wedding went ahead and for making it such a special day for us all - we definitely picked the right venue :)

the restaurant staff were really good telling us about each course with regards to choices and sauces, it was a difficult choice to make as we loved and enjoyed all the choices.
it then came to the week of the wedding and we had our meeting with events and who would be looking after our wedding this was Emanuele he was brilliant he talked us through what he was there for and what he would be doing, also asking us what we expected and wanted.
myself ( the bride) along with my 2 bridesmaids and my mum stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding, we was lucky enough to set up the reception room that night with the help of some staff so it was just how I imaged it to be. the wedding day finally arrived and when we returned from the church all the staff was amazing and really looked after us from checking we were okay down to seeing if we had eaten from the buffet and putting some food in our room. everything was taken care of and we can not thank the staff enough for making our day a special one.

informed of every step. The meetings allowed us to discuss everything we wanted as well as giving us great advice on how the day would run. Liam Wilson, our operation manager, made sure the actual day ran as smoothly as possible. The venue itself is amazing. The grounds have spectacular views over the lakes and we had plenty of rooms to cater for our guests. On arriving at the hotel, we had a champagne and red carpet reception. Both our wedding breakfast and evening buffet was delicious and the chef cater for the many dietary needs that our guests had! For our evening entertainment, the hotel were more than happy to cater for a DJ, photo booth and a sweet cart. As well as making sure our 'surprise and unique' first dance remained a secret from our guests! Throughout the day, all members of staff were very friendly and welcoming.We are very happy that we choose the Four Pillars as our wedding venue as it made our day very special and memorable.

confident by Lisa, that we had made the right choice.
Not only is this a beautiful location, but the staff involved in all aspects of the organisation of the wedding were superb. The Ceremony room looked amazing, with a beautiful view over the lake, and the Wedding Breakfast room was stunning. The wedding day from start to finish went so smoothly, which we must thank the Events Co-ordinator Vicky for, she was extremely calm and professional throughout the entire day, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy. In fact every single person representing the hotel on the day were incredible, and so friendly that we were made to feel like we had known them for years.
We had so many of our friends & family tell us what a beautiful day it was, and for that we owe a massive thank you to everyone involved at the Four Pillars Hotel.
I would VERY highly recommend The Four Pillars Hotel.

the wedding and even then the staff made us all so welcome !!! I would highly recommend the Cotswold water park four pillars as a wedding venue !! It gets a 10/10 from us !! Just so sad that it's all over now but we will be back for our 1st year anniversary :-))

busy in the marque allowing them to enjoy themselves too. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it especially in the evening which i was worried about as I know how much my family eat! Special thanks to Kelly who looked after us in the run up and Liam on the day, you did a fantastic job. Would recommend this venue to anyone.
Note: The honeymoon suite is well worth the extra!

trouble. The wedding breakfast and evening Buffett was also amazing, we've had lots of comments from our guests telling us how much they enjoyed the food, and there was plenty of it. The setting of the mallard suite has stunning views of the lakes. We had a fantastic day from start to finish, I would highly recommend to any couples looking to book a wedding and would like to thank all the staff involved in making it such a memorable experience for us.

The staff in the planning phase were fabulous and were around as and when I needed them and on the day we were looked after brilliantly.
The Bridal suite was also perfect with the most amazing views over the lake

If you want a beautiful location, great food, and fantastic service/value then I would totally recommend Cotswold Water Park.
