around and answer all sorts of questions. Throughout the lead-up Helen was on hand to help me make decisions and suggestions on how to make our day perfect. They were very accommodating to the large number of children we had, setting aside an area at dinner and a room in the evening for them to watch movies or play games.

We had a lovely sunny day and were able to use the gorgeous grounds for pictures, the food was incredible and the portion sizes very generous. In general the day was wonderful, there were no mistakes or issues, the in house team were friendly and accommodating to peoples requests, and we had the most fantastic relaxed time.

I cant thank Helen and the team enough for their support in making our day so special. I would highly recommend to anyone getting married here.

As we live abroad we organised our entire wedding with the help of our family and friends. We booked Hartsfield Manor without having seen it ourselves and we were not disappointed. Helen was on hand through the organising phase and helped us to refine the menu, drink choices and venue decoration over the phone and via email. We didn't opt for the set menu choices, instead we chose to have an informal afternoon tea served as canapes and later a barbecue.

We were so pleased to have the reception in the garden as it’s such a beautiful setting. Hartsfield Manor is a great venue and small touches like the mobile bar really helped to create the informal feel we wanted for the day. Many of our guests commented on how fun and relaxed the day was. We had the best day of our lives and we cannot thank the staff enough for making it happen.

made a particularly lovely backdrop for photos). We had the drinks reception on the terrace outside with a pianist playing on a grand piano in the lounge - it was wonderful. The chef is an absolute genius and the food for the wedding breakfast was really spectacular. The staff were very friendly and professional and everything ran like clockwork. We thought the packages were really good value compared to some of the other venues we looked at, particularly on a Friday - ours included generous pourings of champagne and lots of wonderful canapes too (although my only feedback is that I was too busy having photos to actually have any so I would suggest asking for a plate to be put aside for the bride and groom!) We didn't go for the exclusive option which is quite a lot extra but there were only a handful of other people there for afternoon tea and it really wasn't an issue for us.

The hotel rooms are lovely and most of our guests opted to stay the night afterwards - the breakfast the next morning was excellent too. We had a couple of minor communication hiccups in the lead up to the wedding but overall the wedding planners worked really hard to arrange everything exactly as we wanted and to accommodate everything we asked for.

We had a fantastic experience and were absolutely thrilled on the day. It really is a fairytale venue - thoroughly recommended.

and family were absolutely amazed with the Manor, I couldn’t believe how perfect it all was!
When we first viewed the Manor, we knew before we even entered the building that it was where we were going to get married. From the first time we stepped foot inside, the staff welcomed us with open arms and were a huge part of our decision. Bethany & Helen have been so wonderful throughout the whole process, offering advice and helping us with whatever we needed. There was no task too big for them and I know I keep saying it but I cannot thank them enough.
The hospitality and catering team were absolutely phenomenal too. Everyone came together and they were such a huge part of the day. MASSIVE compliments to the chef too, the food was absolutely outstanding!
It's been almost a month since the wedding and all of our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was- I would give anything to relive the day, if I could do it all again I absolutely would and there is nothing I would do differently.
I just can't express enough how perfect everything was. I wish I had enough characters to put it all into words, name all the wonderful staff, talk about everything that they all did on the day and in the lead-up. Even the day after there was still no task too big for the team. They made sure we all had everything we needed, didn't rush us out the venue (we were told we could stay as long as we liked), offered us tea and coffee, helped us pack everything into the cars- the list is endless. incorporated them all. We had a Chinese tea ceremony which they incorporated without any difficulties. It was a perfect wedding and many guests mentioned how lovely the venue was. The ceremony room and the dining room was beautifully set up. The bridal room for getting ready in was massive, they served us breakfast in there as we had a really early start, ensuring there was vegan options for me. The service was amazing, I couldn't fault any of it. Hartsfield was the second venue we looked at and we fell in love with it right away. Highly recommend.

backdrop for our autumn wedding. We booked without hesitation and we got married on 19th October 2019. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Bethany made everything so easy, from the timings of the day, the food tasting and all the little things we hadn't thought about.
When the day arrived, we were so looked after by every single member of staff. We had a huge getting ready room which was a great size for me, my 3 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, my daughter and page boys. We were bought breakfast, fresh fruit, teas, coffees... anything we wanted was not an effort. Everything ran so smoothly, which is exactly what we needed when you are crazy busy with photos, family and friends. The food was amazing and we had a LOT of dietary requirements which were all catered for, Everything ran to time and we had the most amazing day.
We had a number of friends and family who stayed over on the night of the wedding who also really rated the venue and enjoyed a great breakfast the following morning.
We honestly had the most incredible wedding day and want to do it all over again! We can not thank all of the staff at Hartsfield Manor enough.

more perfect day.

The staff at the venue are brilliant, especially the wedding coordinators Bethany and Helen, and the master of ceremonies who really made the day run smoothly. I could not fault the day and it really was perfect. The venue and grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and lovely.

I thought planning a wedding would be a stressful time however the amazing wedding coordinators really made sure everything was how I envisioned it and made it a truly magical day x

Then the moment when Helen popped up to say he is here and the goosebumps arrived.
The ceremony room was STUNNING and my arrival was perfect with Helen ensuring my dress looked on point.
The canapés one word YUM! The grounds LUSH and don’t even get me started on the wedding breakfast, everyone commented on how lovely the food and wine was.

Every detail that I had asked for was executed with perfection.

I would also add that in the build up Helen and Bethany guided me through and gave me the advice I needed and more importantly the reassurance when I was fretting.

The only disappointment is that I won’t be doing it all over again because my husband and I had the BEST DAY EVER
Is it too soon to do a vow renewal, it has been 7 weeks :)

If you are considering Hartsfield Manor stop considering and book, they were brilliant.

delicious the food was. Helen (our wedding co-ordinator) answered all my queries immediately which took away at lot of the stress with the organising. We used the suppliers recommended by Hartsfield, flowers, DJ, etc, and I would do this as they know the venue and the staff. The huge Bridal Dressing Room which is available for the bride to get ready is fantastic and it was lovely watching the wedding guests arriving and sitting outside whilst I was getting ready. I really couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

fun. Not for all I appreciate. I think the main selling point is that this place does not come across as a wedding venue, more of a stately home. I would highly recommend this place, have a look and see for yourself.

very relaxed, even though I was getting married in few hours time!

The whole place was perfect, the staff very attentive to my wedding arrangements and organising, especially Monika, the duty Manager from the restaurant, who would be overseeing all meal arrangements and final details for the day. The florist, hair and makeup ladies were all were fantastic too, all from the recommended list from the wedding Coordinator.

Everything was laid out as discussed with the wedding Co-Ordinator (Isabelle from the team), all was perfect, we had a fantastic day and evening. The whole hotel was very accommodating to all our guest who stayed the night and said that it was a beautiful place to stay, and to top it all off, each guest who stayed were given an Easter Eggs from the housekeeping staff, which was placed on their beds!! Now you couldn't ask for more for a magical wedding day!

Would love to do it all again, a fantastic experience!

were all in the right place at the right time and enjoying ourselves.

We were blown away by the amazing way in which the team set up all of our themed decorations in the morning. They went above and beyond and shows their passion for their job. Other highlights include the dressing room for the bridal party in the morning and all of the lovely food-including our vegetarian selection.

We originally picked this venue due to how beautiful it is inside as we were having a winter wedding, but were lucky enough to make the most of the grounds! The blue skies obviously played a part but the outside space is truly beautiful and the large tree had amazing orange leaves and became the backdrop to many of our photos!

without a hitch.

The main points were, the beautiful food- especially our guest that is a celiac commented on how good her food was and how well she was accommodated for! The bedroom was beautifully tidied and cleaned while we were at the church, and we had left it in a mess! The help from you all when my sister had a mad panic with the ring. In general, it felt like anything we asked was not too much trouble!!

catering team. We have had so many comments about the food and drink served to our guests. The food served was to an excellent standard, the portions were large and much bigger than we have seen at any other weddings – the lamb was beautiful as was the lemon tart. Everyone has commented how lovely the food was, so a massive thank you to the guys on the catering team.

Thirdly – front of house and bar staff– Check in was good, fast speedy, everyone on reception and around the hotel were lovely, kind and polite. The guys that worked behind the reception desk were all kind, helpful, funny and just lovely.

I really cannot put into words how perfect the day was and everything went to plan, I am still in shock as Toby and my life are so chaotic we wondered how we could pull off a wedding and nothing go wrong, but really this is down to all of the amazing team at Hartsfield Manor. I cannot thank you all enough!

absolutely fantastic with our children and really took the pressure off of myself and our bridesmaids when we were trying to get ready and feed the children. I've never met such lovely and genuine people. The food was outstanding and our guests were very complimentary about it.

weekend to run. Especially the big day. Frankly speaking, I was amazed that there was not a single hiccup. It was absolutely flawless and the large international contingent were thrilled at how marvellous an English wedding can be.
Florian's direction, Monika's waiting staff, the kitchen, the gardens and the rooms were amazing.

and kind the staff were. Every part of the day was checked with us or my mum and it really made us feel that it personal to us. I know my dad had reservations about us choosing a hotel but he said to me the day after it was worth every penny and he couldn't have asked any more from you guys.

We will be recommending Hartsfield to any future couples who ask us :-)

Hopefully one day Greg and I will return and enjoy the rooms and grounds as we didn't get to spend much time on our own!

and were more than willing to help from lifting bags in to changing rooms for guests. The duty managers Luke, Pete and Gareth kept the day rolling smoothly and were flexible throughout the day and evening to give us a chance to welcome our guests and take in the atmosphere. A big thank you to Natalie, our wedding coordinator who answered all my emails and questions on the lead up to the big day and kept me calm on the morning of the wedding.
