On the day of our wedding, the team made everything go so smoothly. We wouldn't change a thing. Even though on paper there were restrictions, they helped us make this a bonus. Changing the dance floor for the circus was the best thing we could have done, and they made all of this and more possible.
Somehow you even stopped it raining, despite the forecast. Thank you, Hedsor House, for all you did, from the bottom of our hearts.

That being said, most importantly, we wanted to personally thank Jennie and Katie for all of the support they have provided us with over the past 27 months. It was a long wait, with this being third time. Lucky for us both, the constant reassurance, understanding and patience you have both shown is what has made our wedding journey so special. You are both an asset to Hedsor.

throughout, from the moment we first attended an open day, all the way to breakfast the morning after. We really couldn’t see how any other venue could beat the service you provided.

In particular we’d like to say thank you to Jennie, for bearing the brunt of most of our questions in the run up to the wedding. Also a huge thank you to Paula and Trish on the day for the incredible job they did in helping to organise all of our suppliers, and of course for helping Lauren get to the aisle without being seen. They both helped make the day stress free and were a delight to chat with.

We must also say a big thank you for the gorgeous engraving and local British bubbly. It was a total surprise, and topped the night off when we opened the engraving before heading to sleep. The best thing is that we have a similar one from when we got engaged, so it really was the perfect gift. We will treasure it dearly.

Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. It was our fairytale wedding and we wish we could do it all again.

The staff working at Hedsor and the suppliers recommended within the packages are all lovely and really made a lasting impression. us yet again for our 14th September wedding, we loved every moment of dealing with the Hedsor team and could not fault the Hedsor customer service one bit, even if we wanted to do so! The whole experience over the last almost two years now, has simply been amazing!

The wedding day itself was incredible, seeing the suppliers set-up during the morning was so surreal, as our hard work in planning finally all came together for our family and friends to see, which definitely paid off! The Centre Hall is the most stunning ceremony location, all the guests were wowed by the ballroom set-up for the wedding breakfast, and how can you beat dancing the night away under the very same roof where we tied the knot just a few hours before! It was nothing but perfection.

Although we are sad it is over, life post-wedding so far as the Bainbridges has been pretty awesome! Thank you again for everything!

Candy was amazing and made sure I had the correct shoes on and ran around looking for my other pair as the one I was wearing made my dress too long. She helped me get ready in those last few moments before I went down which calmed my nerves massively! I can’t thank her enough.

Trisha the evening manager was absolutely AMAZING. From the day we dropped everything off until the evening the next day she was so so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She made sure all the evening ran so smoothly and was so organised. She worked so well with our caterers and would highly recommend her to anyone. My whole family loved her!

Perkins was also amazing and a pleasure to deal with.

We got married at St Nicholas Church and Reverend Janet Binns was very supportive, friendly and encouraging and it was a pleasure to be married by her. Our guests loved being able to walk up to the house after our marriage ceremony at the church, and as you know we even hired a white golf buggy that we decorated and used as our wedding car up and down the path from the church to the house which worked splendidly! We'd definitely recommend it to others thinking of getting married at the church!

that the service we enjoyed from you all throughout was flawless. When we were organising the wedding we narrowed the choice of venues down to two - and what really made our mind up for Hedsor was the quality of Service we had experience up until that point. We really felt like you would go the extra mile for us whereas we felt that the other venue would take our money and lose interest. We were right, after booking our wedding date the Service got better and better, from little touches like the wood board engraved with our details through to the fact that every email we sent was responded to almost instantly - even on Sunday evenings - we couldn’t have asked for more. You let us into the guest rooms early, and even gave one of our guests and spare pair of shoes when she broke a heel early in the day!

The combination of stunning venue, bridal suite that blows everything else out of the water, and the incredible service means that we certainly couldn’t have imagined a better place anywhere to have our wedding. Why Hedsor?
Where do I start? I had looked at hundreds of venues online and tried whittling it down to a list of favourites we could go and see in person. The first two we visited did not meet up to expectations I had from photos online and I just did not get the 'feeling.' Hedsor was the third …

venue we visited. Even on the driveway we smiled at each other and Adam said 'I think this is it.' We had butterflies! For me, it was the little things that meant Hedsor was the place- it's so lovely to look at, but so homely as well.
Kelly, who greeted us, was so warm and inviting, as were the other members of staff. We spoke to Alexander, the owner, who told us he learnt to swim in the bath tub in the Bridal Suite!
The decor is elegant but warm at the same time. The Ballroom was exactly what we wanted with huge windows, incredible views and a cosy feel. It worked for our numbers and I could just picture our wedding there.
We visited in December and they told us they changed the tree twice in the month so it's fresh- these little details made all the difference. We stayed for two hours without realising where the time had gone, just sitting and making plans. When we left I had a little 'happy cry' in the garden as I could imagine my wedding day and it was everything I had dreamt it would be.

Why Hedsor?
Where do I start? I had looked at hundreds of venues online and tried whittling it down to a list of favourites we could go and see in person. The first two we visited did not meet up to expectations I had from photos online and I just did not get the 'feeling.' Hedsor was the third …

venue we visited. Even on the driveway we smiled at each other and Adam said 'I think this is it.' We had butterflies! For me, it was the little things that meant Hedsor was the place- it's so lovely to look at, but so homely as well.
Kelly, who greeted us, was so warm and inviting, as were the other members of staff. We spoke to Alexander, the owner, who told us he learnt to swim in the bath tub in the Bridal Suite!
The decor is elegant but warm at the same time. The Ballroom was exactly what we wanted with huge windows, incredible views and a cosy feel. It worked for our numbers and I could just picture our wedding there.
We visited in December and they told us they changed the tree twice in the month so it's fresh- these little details made all the difference. We stayed for two hours without realising where the time had gone, just sitting and making plans. When we left I had a little 'happy cry' in the garden as I could imagine my wedding day and it was everything I had dreamt it would be.

the service we enjoyed from you all throughout was flawless. When we were organising the wedding we narrowed the choice of venues down to two - and what really made our mind up for Hedsor was the quality of Service we had experience up until that point. We really felt like you would go the extra mile for us whereas we felt that the other venue would take our money and lose interest. We were right, after booking our wedding date the Service got better and better, from little touches like the wood board engraved with our details through to the fact that every email we sent was responded to almost instantly - even on Sunday evenings - we couldn’t have asked for more. You let us into the guest rooms early, and even gave one of our guests and spare pair of shoes when she broke a heel early in the day!

The combination of stunning venue, bridal suite that blows everything else out of the water, and the incredible service means that we certainly couldn’t have imagined a better place anywhere to have our wedding. It’s also worth adding that all the suppliers we used off your preferred suppliers list were superb,

Hedsor house is a stunning venue that is stunning in pictures but even more stunning in person. We instantly felt it was right for us as we turned into the drive lined with beautiful rhododendrons, seeing the deer and beautiful Angus cows as you drive up to the house just adds to its enchantment! …

The house itself is large and impressive as you arrive but the more times you visit the more homely it feels, it feels comfortable and as its privite hire it feels as though it's your house for the day. It is dry hire so you hire the venue and everything else separately. Your caterer runs your wedding day (I had no idea that was how it worked until I started the planning process) so it is terribly important you choose a caterer that is personable and to your taste. We chose the amazing Cavendish events, Liz and the team were just perfect the whole way through. We had Special Occasions Discos for our PA, lighting, dance floor (it is a necessity to protect the floor) and DJ, who were amazing and supportive the whole way through. And flowers were by lavender green. Getting ready at Hedsor house was lovely, the beautiful bridal boudoir is very spacious and looks amazing in the pre wedding photos, I particularly enjoyed spying on my guests from the window as they arrived in their finery. We had our ceremony at 2pm in the centre hall, and managed to hav our drinks reception and Canapés on the lawns. Our wedding breakfast of 101 people was comfortable in the ballroom, tables of 7/8/9 people worked really well, no one was cramped or too far away from each other and there was space to walk between tables even in a fluffy gown! We chose a plum purple theme with white cloths and napkins, with simple clean lines of Cala lilies and roses in our centre pieces. We chose to have our speeches between main and desert which worked well and allowed dinner to go down a bit. We had a coffee station in the room next to the ball room to keep the day flowing. And it was 7.30pm and our 80 evening guests were arriving before we had a chance to blink (the day goes so fast!) Our cake was at the foot of the stairs, with the stair case wrapping around, just beautiful! Our evening buffet was a hog roast in the sunken gardens. We left at 12.30am no clearing up to be done at all, and all the flowers were ready out of vases for me to give to my guests. There is no accommodation at Hedsor house, so do bare this in mind. We reserved a block booking at The Bull Hotel Gerard's Cross, corporate style hotel which met our needs and was affordable to our guests, there are many many other hotels near the venue from economical to the exceptionally luxurious Clivenden! I can not recommend Hedsor House more highly, if you choose this venue for your wedding neither your nor your guests will be left wanting for anything more!

from the moment my fiance and i drove in through the gates to hedsor house on a summers morning we just knew something special was in store. We had been looking for a georgian style mansion nestled inbetween fields with stunning views and not far from central london and this is exactly what we got. …

i knew as soon as we drove up to the house through a winding 1 minute drive through blossoming rhododendrons that this is where i wanted to get married. Our first impressions of the house standing there glowing in tones of gold and amber with the sun shining on it were WOW. The venue is simply gorgeous. it has so much to offer any bride, is steeped in English history and herirtage and can be turned into whatever you want it to be. I adored and fell in love with the spaces throughout - the light poured into every room and the grounds with the abundance of flowers surrounding it were just such a joy to be in. Each room has character and can be used for any number of things: a bar, ceremony, drinks receptions, dance floor so the beauty really is in being able to turn the venue into what you want for your day. The ballroom at the back which is used for dinner/lunch was another magical room with dark wooden walls and floor to ceiling french doors with views out on the magical landscape and trees outside.

We chose to have a winter wedding and were blessed with the most beautiful of crisp December english sunshine. The upstairs bridal suite was so bright, spacious and serene it made a joy to get ready in it and felt like this was your home for the day. The team at Hedsor were very unobtrusive yet so welcoming and just let you get on with it. Whatever season or weather you choose to hold a wedding here Hedsor will gift you with lifelong memories of happiness and pride in finding this magical, still very unknown wedding venue. We almost didnt go to the viewing but we are so thrilled we did as the thought of not getting married there makes me sad! Simply amazing!
