superb staff and that there was always someone around if any of my guests or ourselves needed them. The food was outstanding, everyone commented how good it was.

I must give an extra special thank you to Natalie and Marion. These two ladies were outstanding. From the moment we first met Natalie (earlier this year) we knew we were in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They both asked us what we required and then said leave it to us and we will sort it – and they did. Even during the serving of the meal Marion kept checking with us that everything was to our liking, and at the buffet at the evening reception, checking with us first that everything was as we required before asking the DJ to announce the buffet open.

Natalie ensured that the reception room was to our liking before our guests were allowed in.
She also ensured the whole day went without a hitch, even to placing the ‘Ball & Chain’ under the ceremony table for John to wear after we were pronounced Husband & Wife!!

We really cannot thank you and your team enough for giving us the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES.

Can you please pass on our thanks to all your team, but especially to Natalie & Marion, as without them we wouldn’t have had the most wonderful wedding day we could have wished for.

be too much trouble to arrange. We had several meetings over the 18 months we had to plan our day and all of our needs were met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Our service, reception and night doo were all held at the hotel and the day from start to finish ran smoothly with the excellent organisation of Barry on the day and Natalie who helped plan the day. All the staff on the day were very friendly and chatty and they too helped make the day go smoothly. We stayed in the Bridal Suite over night and again we were very happy with the quality of the room, the service and the staff, breakfast was brilliant and offered a good variety of quality foods. Some of our guests also stayed overnight and all of them were happy with the quality and service offered.
If you are considering booking a wedding here then do so, you will not be disappointed in anyway....
