prepare. After that, we organized our various vendors and sent all the information back to Claire. Her communication was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process—never once did we have to wait more than a day for a detailed, helpful reply.
As the day approached, they helped us finalize all the remaining details, each time updating and sending over a detailed plan of the wedding day for us to review. Even when we encountered difficult guest dietary restrictions and last-minute dropouts, Claire made the process easy and helped relieve our stress.
On the day itself, everything went perfectly. My wife and I felt absolutely no nerves or stress. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing the bride and bridesmaids to arrive early for hair and makeup, followed by the groomsmen later on. The ceremony was beautiful, and the venue set up the most perfect outdoor space for it. Despite torrential rain the day before, they communicated with us constantly about the weather, and we were lucky enough to have perfect conditions for our outdoor ceremony.
The food was amazing—many of our guests complimented it! Having the venue supply the food removed the stress of dealing with a third-party caterer, and the service team was flawless. You can tell they work well together as a team. Our parents were able to completely relax, and there was no stress for anyone—the venue ensured the wedding flowed seamlessly. The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was top-class.
I wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding day—my wife and I had the most perfect day. Thank you, Kelham House!

the same coordinator throughout the entire process made contact easy and effective. We felt our coordinator got to know us as individuals and understood our vision for the day. With a relaxed, but party-vibe approach to the entire day, our external suppliers were welcomed as part of the team.
The entire day went without a hitch and the guests absolutely loved the venue and its grounds. With a good selection behind the bar and great options for food, all our guests enjoyed plenty. We opted for a relaxed BBQ for breakfast with a request to have additional items and pizza for our evening food. Both went down amazingly with all our guests.
Whether it was during the day, or as the night drew in, this venue provided the perfect setting for a memorable day and fabulous photos.
We would highly recommend the venue and the team for your special occasion.
