arranged that I meet with the MC/Day event manager. However, due to his personal circumstances (delay in a family holiday), he was unable to greet me that day, and further to this, the team on the ground that day was unprepared to meet with me as they were cleaning up from a wedding held that weekend. As you can appreciate, given I had been arranging the wedding remotely from Australia, it was quite a shock to attend the venue and not be able to meet with either Samantha or the day event manager. I ended up meeting with the head chef, who consoled me and smoothed things over.

Despite this (and the dread that I think all brides feel on the morning of the wedding), the girls who worked behind the bar on the evening of our wedding (and who had spoken to me the day before) did A FANTASTIC JOB! I cannot commend the girls that worked tirelessly to make our wedding look 'the instagammable' dream that I had asked for using my home made/cheap decorations.

The room we stayed in for our wedding night was lovely. I cannot wait to come back again to stay.

Thank you again to the team and everyone involved. It was a wedding day to remember, and we absolutely loved every moment.

before we had a few bumps in the road and she was brilliant and patient with me (personally of cracked up)

Bryony coordinated on the day and she was my saving grace! All the kids loved having little jokes with her and when it got a little overwhelming she clicked on without me saying anything and made excuses for me to leave.

When my mum and I arrived in the car she was there calming my nerves from the start and as we had younger kids she took them into account and messed about with them when they were slightly restless. We had a few hiccups with the meal (no fault of theirs) and she sorted it straight away (I'm sure the head chef could have throttled us there and then! )

When the rooms were being turned they were attentive and helped us answer all our questions

Everyone praised the venue, staff, the food

I cannot recommend them enough to anyone wanting to get married!

nothing was too much trouble.
The grounds are fantastic for wedding photos. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Huntingtower Hotel as your wedding venue.
