If you want a great, organised and stress free wedding this is definatley the place.

was metres away from the wedding was brilliant as they could pop back and refresh etc. The hotel has a very countryside relaxed feel and as we wanted our guests to be at ease and enjoy the day this was perfect. The lead up to the wedding was well planned with the hotel keeping in touch in all areas and keeping us upto date. Our original wedding co ordinator left half way through which was a worry but Cassie who replaced her was amazing! She was happy to answer any questions and remembered all our details and requests.

The day of the wedding it all went smoothly. Some of our guests arrived the night before and we able to relax in the hotel bar with food which was nice. The bridal suite (Barrington) was HUGE!! It was more than enough room for 5 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, hair dresser, make up lady,2 flower girls and myself. We were never on top of each other. The hotel provided us with whatever we wanted. From a complimentary Prosecco to buckets of ice and water etc. The whole day went without a hitch and don't let me forget about the food!!

The food at Letchworth hall hotel is AMAZING!! Our guests couldn't believe how good it was. I would recommend upgrading to the beef and this was sirloin cut in thick slices which melted in your mouth. The canapes were amazing and the buffet at night went down a treat!!

I honestly can't fault this hotel for anything. As much as we wanted to the guests to enjoy themselves, it was most important we had the best wedding day and we really did. It was perfect and something we will not forget!!

and hannah what an amazing credit they are to letchworth hall, they work so hard and nothing was to much for them when we asked. They constantly checked that we were happy with the whole process from planning to the running of the day. We were made to feel so relaxed on the day, and knowing that the staff were so confident in what they do made it so much easier for us. The compliments we have recieved from all our family and friends about the staff, venue and the day has been overwhelming. Thankyou so much to all the staff for making our day so special x

planning and were nothing but helpful, even the day before the wedding they helped us unload the car in the pouring rain (again, thank you!).

The room looked so lovely on the day and we have had so many comments on this and how delicious the food was - hot, plentiful and SO tasty, many people have said it was the best food they have had at a wedding.

I was an hour late to the church on the day (due to circumstances out of my control) and Letchworth took it in their stride and ensured the rest of the day ran smoothly and on schedule - I'm not sure how they did this but thank you!

I really am going to miss the whole planning process and just want to do it all over again!

actual day and were with us throughout the wedding. They were always helpful both on the day and via phone, email and at our pre wedding meetings.

Food was fantastic, set up was amazing and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The grounds were beautiful and the bridal suite was out of this world. Such a homely feel and all staff even those not directly involved with the wedding were so welcoming and helpful. An amazing atmosphere and all of our guests were so impressed with the organisation of the whole day.

We cannot thank the whole team enough for all the effort they put in for the day and for welcoming our guests so warmly. Even the little touches for the children / our elderly guests were so appreciated.

sample menu, but Nikki was very accommodating and invited us back for a second tasting and provided us with different options. We were extremely happy with the quality of the food at the second tasting and on the day itself. Many of our guests were similarly impressed and the kids too!

We chose to have the ceremony in the Great Hall, which has lots of character with its wood paneling and high ceiling. As it is right next to the main reception, we were worried that the ceremony may be affected by noise, however there were no such problems on the day.

The day before the wedding, Mark and Hannah greeted us at reception and helped take items to the rooms and the Marsden Suite. Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped set up our sweetie table and add the finishing touches to the tables. This meant I could relax and enjoy some time with my family.

The day itself was amazing, with the entire staff ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We had so many lovely comments from guests about the venue and the wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better day.

The morning after, we were given a separate room for breakfast, which meant we had a chance to see all those guests who came from out of town. This was a really nice touch.

The only niggle we experienced was that sometimes we had to provide details multiple times, or repeat requests for information. This is the only thing that prevents us from rating the hotel 5 stars.

Overall, we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

was too much trouble to go have a look at, we looked at the reception room, guest rooms, guest and bridal suites.

On the wedding weekend we arrived on the Friday night and after a lovely meal we started to dress the Allington suite only to find Hannah and her team already in there starting work on the room and were more than happy to help us with our own decorations for tables etc.

Mark was superb when walking with my now wife and father in law from the room to the Great Hall for the ceremony totally put my wife at ease with any nerves, just these little points made a big impact on our day. Hannah was outstanding also on the day, every stage of the day Hannah was there to ensure everything was going to plan and was someone to turn to for guidance, same again nothing was too much trouble for Hannah and the team.

The venue itself was stunning, the Great Hall is a great setting for the Ceremony, the grounds out the back of the venue are very picturesque and are great for photo opportunities as well as out the front, our reception was in the newly decorated Allington suite which has it own bar area and entrance to hotel.

Everyone of our guests commented on how nice the food was, the portion sizes and professionalism shown by the serving staff.

The bridal suite was a lovely addition to the celebration as it is huge and has that feeling of grandeur to top of a superb day of being treated like royalty. All the rooms at the hotel were clean and well kept.

To summarise we cannot say enough good things about Mark, Nikki & Hannah and thank them for there time and attention to detail for our special day and would recommend Letchworth Hall Hotel to any potential Bride and Grooms.

start of the weekend on Friday with the bridal party right through to the Sunday after the wedding. Mark who was on hand from Friday to Sunday was an amazing help! He was always around, approachable and extremely funny & helpful! All the dinner and cater staff were also fun and very very good! Names we received feedback on from guests were Amber and Issi! They both were extremely polite fun & helpful! The venue looked beautiful and perfect on our day, the team were very flexible letting us decorate and ply around with the venue, they were always ensuring we had everything we needed and offering their assistance. Our wedding weekend was more then we expected from start to finish, and we wish we could relive it. Letch hall is a stunning venue from the grounds to the halls inside and the staff just top it all off! we couldn't be more thankful!!

of my queries promptly. Our designated wedding coordinator, Nikki, was really helpful throughout and always helped to reassure me if I was worried about something. I got there on the Thursday afternoon with my mum and maid of honour, and straight away, Hannah, the lady looking after our wedding day was on the phone in our room checking all was ok and asking if she could collect our bits and bobs to set up the suite ahead of the day. (The bridal suite by the way is fantastic! lots of room for multiple people to get ready.)
That evening, I saw Hannah on a few occasions around the hotel helping to set up our room - even past midnight she was still there, making sure everything was set up for us! It's clear that her and her team work extremely hard!
The morning of the wedding, the hotel sent us a complimentary breakfast tray with fruit, pastries and a bottle of prosecco! It really was a lovely touch! I can't put into words how friendly and helpful all the staff at Letchworth Hall are. They made us feel like we were part of the furniture! Our day went so smoothly from beginning to end, and being the control freak that I am, even I was able to sit back and trust that they would take care of every little detail that I'd asked - and they did! They really do have every single scenario covered!
I can't thank them enough! Letchworth Hall is definitely a hidden gem amongst some of the more well known venues in Hertfordshire, but I would pick them over and over again! It was absolutely perfect, and all of our guests were quick to comment at how lovely it was also. Thank you so much Letchworth Hall and all of the hard working staff!!!

always on hand to answer my questions/emails and make changes here there and everywhere whenever I wanted. A special mention to Hannah, who on the day was as cool as a cucumber even when it rained and my outdoor ceremony was no more. Nothing was a problem to her and the team and It helped keep me calm. The food was tasty and everyone enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend LHH as a wedding venue, very competitively priced and an all round fantastic venue.

was loads of room and great for the following day. From the second we arrived we were helped, a team arrived to help us unpack the car. We started to get the room ready as we were able to access it the night before. The team arrived to help us decorate and make the tables look lovely. I took my own decorations but Letchworth Hall supplied the cake stand.
We then had time to swim and use the steam room/sauna and relax.
We then joined family and friends in the bar for a meal and drinks. The food was lovely.
The next morning we swam and relaxed again before meeting family for breakfast, which was lovely. We then started preparations for the big day. Mark the wedding coordinator kept me fully informed of what was happening and timings for everything. Not only did he make me feel very special but he also made my mum feel a part of the day and was very attentive to her too.
The Hall was a lovely place to get married. Our guests made there way through to the bar / patio area, after a glass of fizz in a private area we joined them. It was lovely and relaxed. We then fed down to the Marston suite for our reception. The staff were great, a special mention to Hannah who was supporting Mark and did a great job. The meal was excellent.
The setting was beautiful - the Marston suite opened out on to the grass area, the weather helped in the fact it was a gorgeous day and after the meal everyone could escape whilst the hall was prepared for the evening.
We didn't use the disco but had a band - The British Rat Pack who were brilliant and we danced the night away.
The evening food was lovely too. Lots of friends have said it was the best wedding they have ever been too, lovely

Mark and his staff were excellent from the moment I arrived at the hotel (the day before the wedding), again nothing was too much trouble. The service staff were excellent in every way possible. relaxing place.Following this we went to book our special day.Throughout the wedding planning process we found staff helpful and attending the wedding fair evenings & days gave us a good perspective of what the venue will look like on the day.Meeting the recommended hotel providers was both helpful & exciting.We struggled slightly nearing the end of the planning process with working out the evening buffet - as in pricing and amounts of food needed for our guests.As we had been given 2 different price lists throughout the process & we couldn't work out clear costings or amounts needed.As it gives options of numbers of items you want & different costs for different amounts of items & then depending if they are day guests or evening guests it again was a different price which was all very confusing.We found this not a straightforward way of knowing how much an evening buffet would be or what we needed.Sometimes communicating over email isn't always clear & doesn't always answer your question,so pick up the phone if needed.Another concern we had was that on our wedding day after the ceremony & photos your guests will wait in the bar area & again evening guests arrive into this area.It was never communicated to us that this bar area was open to all guests & public which meant many of our guests could not be seated during these time & there happened to be a rowdy birthday party going on at the same time as us celebrating our wedding & meeting our evening guests.We felt that they should have communicated that this would be the case to us.Overall we were very happy with our actual day.Mark the Manager went above & beyond,also credit especially to Ola & Carly.Beautiful Wedding Venue x

nothing was too much trouble and the day went smoother than we could have hoped for. They were not shy when it came to topping up the drinks during the meals and having the option to have beer as one of our welcome drinks went down very well. We didn't have to worry about a thing- they set the rooms up for us so we didn't have to worry and their professional and friendly attitude on the day made us feel completely at ease, they couldn't have done more for us. The grounds are breathtaking as well and luckily we had the weather to appreciate it! The Marston suite had been revamped shortly before our wedding so that looked good and the air conditioning was a godsend! The suite we stayed in on our wedding was massive too! Would definitely recommend the Letchworth Hall Hotel for a wedding!

can say is wow!! we were immediately met with the best hospitality we had ever experienced, no sales pitch, just a genuine interest in what we wanted, a chat over a cup of coffee and a tour of the hotel. We fell in love with the ceremony room, with the high beamed ceilings and the genuine ambiance it had, and were shown the reception suites. We absolutely loved the feel and the friendliness and of this hotel, and pretty much booked it straight away.
It has to be said that from booking to the actual wedding day we could not have had a more facilitating team, even down to my bridezilla moments, they were always reassuring and nothing seemed too much to ask.
Myself and our Bridesmaids stayed the night before in the beautiful olde worlde suite, and we had an absolutely lovely evening, and again were made to feel really special.
We arrived with so many table decorations etc... and arrived in the reception suite, ready to set to work, but were told to go and relax and leave the staff to it... we could not believe it, and when we popped down to see it all later in the evening we could not believe how beautiful it looked, everything had been done exactly as we had asked and looked perfect.
What can i say about the day of the wedding.... Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, the team were amazing!!! It literally was a case of enjoy your day and let us do the work! and enjoy our day we did. It was perfectly amazing and even three months later we feel so happy at our choice. All our guests had an amazing day. More importantly we did too!!!
to sum it up a beautiful setting, a beautiful hotel, stunning grounds and some amazing staff!!! We would highly recommend this venue.

We truly felt like VIPs on the day and were really impressed with the beautiful set up in the Marston Suite and the smooth running of the day. The lawn and grounds are beautiful for photos and reception drinks and the gorgeous historical setting made a perfect backdrop to our photos. We were especially impressed with the food, which was absolutely delicious and generously portioned. A complex array of dietary requirements were catered for brilliantly and special requests for a chocoholic dessert resulted in the best chocolate tart I have ever eaten! As a vegetarian bride I was impressed with the choices on offer, no lukewarm tarts here! Throughout the day from arrival through to the evening all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We were also impressed with the size and quality of the hotel rooms; especially our bridal suite, which was absolutely gorgeous with its shelves of vintage books!

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing staff who pulled out all the stops to ensure that our wedding went ahead as planned. We had an incredible day - even the sun shined! - it was just perfect. We cannot thank you enough!

than us just being there to make money out of. Some venues offer cheap packages to lure you in and then add on every little touch as an extra. We got a really great package deal with letchworth and they offered to extend it for the following year as we weren't getting married for quite a while! The package included quite a lot for the price, great value for money given the hotels great surroundings and superb rooms.

We had various meetings over the course of the planning of the wedding and we always felt that each detail was being looked after. The menu tasting was a particular highlight, great food, great wine and even better service. I remember emailing Nikki after to say thanks and that if the wedding was anything like that evening then we would be very happy. Thankfully that was a sign of things to come!

If you choose to do a lot of the decorations yourself or with the help of friends and family it can add quite a lot of stress to the day, however we found the hotel very helpful in the setup. Our suppliers were able to call direct and speak to the hotel and the decorations that we brought ourself so were mostly set up by the hotel before we finished breakfast, my mother-in-law just had to do the finishing touches!

The day itself went without a hitch (well that I know of!) the service was great, the food was lovely and everything looked lovely. I always felt that nothing was too much for the staff and they would do whatever they could to make the day as special as they could!

Our wedding co-ordinator Nicky and the Manager Mark were fabulous and made sure we had nothing to worry about on the big day. They made ourselves and all the guests feel so welcome and comfortable. Our suite was huge and fantastic to relax in and get prepared before the ceremony.

All our guests commented on our wedding and said they would most certainly recommend the venue and come back for a meal or overnight stay themselves.
It's great to reminisce about our day and have such happy memories.

was taken up by the hotel team which made our overall wedding experience much easier than it should have been! Throughout the process, the Hotel team were amazingly friendly and welcoming and seemed really excited and enthusiastic about our particular wedding which added to our experience. The team were also very organised. We simply dropped off the flowers on the Friday and by the time we arrived on the Saturday morning, the whole room (Alington suite) was fully decked out, arranged and ready for us to start.

We stayed in one of the suites (Room 52) after the wedding which I would definitely recommend. It was very nice and provided a special retreat at the end of the day.

The whole team have been great and we would like to thank them all but I would like to say a special thank you to Mark, the Catering Manager who kept us smiling and even managed to keep the page boys and flower girls happy and well behaved during the service (which was mean feat!!!).

I would definitely recommend this Hotel as a fantastic place to have a wedding, Thank you.

The day went so smoothly and the team on hand were exellent. Manager Mark made sure everything went well and was on hand all day. the food provided was absolutly beautiful and the service team were excellent.

The morning after was exellent with a great breakfast and the rooms are extreamly nice.

Hotel, they were more than happy to accommodate our needs and really make our wedding day bespoke. We loved the history of the building and the 'Great Hall' plus all the surrounding gardens (we even nearly had ducks in our wedding photos!) We had many compliments on the food and the venue were happy for us to supply our 'cheese cake'. Our wedding coordinator on the day couldn't do enough to help us and really she helped to ease my nerves as I was making my way to the ceremony room. Overall we had a great experience and we would recommend the venue. There were only one or two small niggles that stopped me giving 5 stars and that is because I wasn't able to get into the bridal suite before 12pm which made getting ready a bit of a squeeze and they weren't willing to offer another room, plus I sent a picture of how I wanted the cheese cake presented and it fell quite short of my expectations, but then again my guests didn't care, they just tucked right in and scoffed all the cheese anyway! Overall it was a lovely day.

meeting to cover the basics, the ongoing communication with Nikki was easy, mainly by email with plenty of queries, all of which were always answered very quickly. Nearer the big day I met with Mark, who ran the day with his team. Mark was able to go through what normally happens on the day in some detail to ensure that we would know what would happen from the moment we arrived following our church ceremony.
We had a menu tasting evening one Sunday evening to enable us to choose the dishes and the wine for our Wedding Breakfast. The food was superb and exceeded our expectations.
On the day itself, it was just perfect. Mark and his team were amazing and very attentive to us and all of our guests. Mark even went up to our room to pick up hubby's wedding speech, which he forgot to pick up earlier. We arrived to a glass of sparkling wine and after some photos in the beautiful grounds, we were able to view the Alington Suite and the setup before our guests were seated. The room looked stunning. The food served all came out hot and we had lots of comments from our guests saying how much they loved the wedding breakfast and the buffet in the evening. Steve, the resident DJ ensured that the dance floor was always full with people, by playing music for all ages!
About 20 rooms were reserved for our wedding party at a great rate and were booked by our guests. The morning after the wedding, the bar area was laid out for the guests to have breakfast in altogether, which was great! We had such a fabulous day at Letchworth Hall and would highly recommend. great value for money when compared against some of the other venues in the Herts area. It was very important to us that we could stay at the venue after the reception. Rooms were also reserved for guests at a discounted rate, and the bridal suite was nothing short of superb for us. Having a Wedding Breakfast & wine tasting evening was also a great experience and filled us both with confidence.

Our wedding coordinator, Nikki, was extremely helpful throughout the process of organising our day - we were able to change our requirements and price up different options throughout to ensure that we had the day that we really wanted. This helpful and eager-to-please attitude was reflected across all of the staff and teams that we dealt with during our pre-wedding visits, as well as the day itself.

On the day, Mark and his waiting team/bar staff were extremely attentive and helpful, checking that we and our wedding party were OK and if anything needed to be changed. We all felt very looked after. Mark's passion for his job and customer service really shone through! Mark also ensured that we were looked after the afternoon before the wedding up until the time we left the day after the wedding.

We have had so many compliments regarding our arrival drinks, canapes, Wedding Breakfast (soup/chicken supreme/trio), evening hog roast and the venue and grounds in general. All of the food was delicious, piping hot and served in a timely manner. We chose to use the Marston suite, which, when decorated looks fantastic. Again, the room got a lot of compliments from guests. The extras included in our package were also of a high quality - the DJ was fantastic! We would do it all over again!!!!!

that they make sure that at least one of them will be around on the day from start to finish. They made sure the day ran smoothly and it was good to see familiar faces helping me and my wife enjoy the day knowing that they were on hand.

The staff really were great and stood out from staff at other venues we visited when deciding where to hold our big day. They were extremely flexible with how we wanted things to run on the day and were more than happy to help.

The atmosphere at the hotel was great as was the food and rooms.

We think that this venue is great value for money.

suite with my bridesmaids the night before the wedding. With 2 bedrooms & a living area there was ample space for us to get ready.
We had our ceremony in the Great Hall. Upon viewing the venue I was concerned that there may be some noise heard from guests checking in at the reception right by where we said our vows, however, this was not an issue at all.
We had our wedding breakfast & evening reception in the marston suite which was a perfect size for 100 guests. Having the bar in the room was ideal as it meant all the guests were together & we could spend time with everyone.
We got married in April & the gardens were stunning. Some of my favourite photos were taken at the front of the hotel under a stunning blossom tree.

Food
We had soup, chicken supreme & lemon tart which were all lovely, several of the guests commented on the quality of the food.
We chose to have silver service, the waiters were fab at serving the guests at their tables.
Instead of a buffet we chose to have bacon & sausage baps which were hot when they came out and went down well.
Catered for allergies and for a vegan.

Wedding coordinator
We booked our wedding 10 weeks before the date we got married. I think it's fair to say I may have been a bit of a bridezilla! I knew exactly what I wanted, Nikki was amazing & ensured that everything which I had visualised could become a reality. The time frame was very tight but she was always available to talk if there was anything I needed to discuss.

Service on the day
I cannot fault the staff, they were always nearby should I need anything but were not intrusive. Lisa oversaw our wedding & surprised us by helping our 7 yr old son give a speech.

up to the day. The opportunity of spending an evening in the reastuarant to try out options for the "Wedding Breakfast" was fantastic as the quality of the food is supberb and too be honest so good we had trouble in choosing the option of the Chicken Supreme or Roast Pork where as good as each other, then deciding on the pudding; well it took some decision making and I would even go as far to say harder than choosing my dress!

Being a perfectionist I wanted to make sure the reception room would look its best and it was never too much bother for the staff to allow me access to the Marston Suite throughout the run up to the actual day. The actual day; Mark, Hannah and their crew were amazining in making sure that the day ran as smoothly as possible. From the moment we arrived the afternoon before we handed over all the extras such as the table plan, table name cards, music etc and I didn't have to think of them again. Mark was so reassurring in letting me know that all I had to worry about was getting myself ready and he was right. I would recommend you enlisting Carole Smith to decorate the room for you, and her floristy services, just one word AMAZING and well worth the extra expense.

I do not have one critiscim for any of the staff they were all very attentative not just to me and John but to all our guests. The food was delicisious, hot and lots of it, again staff were very attentatvie and again nothing was too much trouble for them. I can honestly say as a Bride, I did not have any concerns or panics throughout the day which was just perfect and I would love to re-live it all over again as it really was the best.

decorations I hadn't managed to finish they did for me (they would have done it all if I had asked!). They were very polite, and were always willing to help. The food was gorgeous - lots of our guests commented on how lovely the chocolate tart was! The venue itself is beautiful - we have some lovely photos of the two of us out in the grounds. We used the Allington suite, and had 111 people - there was plenty of room, even though we had the dance floor laid out the whole time. The DJ they provided was good, and everything ran smoothly. We had a lot of our guests stay there after the reception, and they all said the hotel was lovely. The room we got for the wedding night was big and comfortable, and the hotel staff had put all our wedding gifts in there ready for us at the end of the evening. It was a wonderful day, one which we will both remember for a very long time - I cannot recommend Letchworth Hotel Hall enough.

wedding venue and we are so glad that we did choose here. From the moment we booked the venue we felt as if everything was being taken care of by Nikki and also Mark they really were extremely helpful with every minor detail. We had two meetings with Nikki and Mark before the day who ran through everything that would happen in depth and to make sure we were happy with all our choices. I stayed in the bridal suite with my bridesmaids the night before the wedding and we were really taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff here and they made us all feel extremely special. On the morning of the wedding we had champagne brought to our room with breakfast, and Lisa was on hand to help us before the ceremony started. She kept me so calm and I'm not sure how I would have been had she not been there! Through the ceremony, wedding breakfast (the food was amazing!) and the evening reception, every single staff member was so attentive and they catered to everyone's needs, i.e. my fussy husband and my Mum who was a vegetarian, by even bringing in her favourite wine! Ben and Kirsty who were helping with our meal and evening reception were brilliant, everybody commented on how lovely they were. The whole day went by so quick, but we are truly grateful for everyone here that helped us have our perfect day. I really don't believe we would have had a day as perfect had we of been anywhere else. If I could rate it more than 5* believe me I would! Couldn't recommend this wedding venue enough, the best in Hertfordshire by miles.

us feel very confident in the run up to our big day. On the day all the staff were extremely efficient and devoted a lot of time and attention to make the day perfect.
We were so pleased with all our wedding photos as the gardens were an amazing backdrop. All of our guests commented that the food was delicious and a very good selection. There were even small things we hadn't thought about which were taken care of by the staff. Our wedding gifts and postbox were taken to our room. The help given to me with my dress as I walked round to the entrance for the ceremony. Even a table allocated for our wedding party at breakfast the following day. Some of these things seem little but they all add up to a very memorable day.

the date and time were exactly as our wedding day, 30 August at 12 noon.

The Letchworth Hall Hotel helped us plan and execute an amazing weekend, our 70 guests were served an excellent meal very efficiently, it was well presented, piping hot, a good quality and quantity, everyone remarked on how good it was.

Mark and his team oversaw the whole proceedings starting with our arrival on the Saturday together with 12 guests who stayed the night before, we enjoyed a splendid evening meal in the restaurant which got the celebrations started and although Mark was busy overseeing a wedding, nothing was too much trouble.

Mark arranged for my original wedding dress together with wedding day memorabilia to be displayed and the cake was a three tier replica of the original with the original top decoration embellished with gold leaves.

The evening buffet exceeded all expectations, a good selection which was beautifully laid out. The resident disco was also very good playing music best suited for our occasion, everything from 'Chuck Berry to Abba' which our guests thoroughly enjoyed.

Most of our guests stayed the night in beautifully refurbished rooms, including the family and disabled facilities. In the morning our guests joined us for breakfast which was laid out in a separate room enabling the celebration to continue.

We have received some wonderful thank you cards and e-mails and the comments in the guest book just confirm how much people enjoyed themselves which was our hope, adding yet another layer of memories to be carried forward for future generations - thank you Letchworth Hall Hotel and Mark in particular for making it possible! feel so effortless for your friends and family.
Other than the hotel it's self it's the staff that truly excelled, from Nikki who dealt with all of our enquiries pre wedding, including strings of emails of questions and requests! To Mark and his team who looked after us on the day making sure everything went smoothly. He made himself known to our parents and wedding party and guided the day so well. He is a credit to the hotel.
The food was delicious and many of our guests commented on the size of the portions and the amazing chocolate dessert! The service was great and no ask was too much.
The wedding suite is bigger than our house! It was the perfect place to get ready with my bridesmaids and for us to stay on the night of the wedding. My only criticism is that as a bridal suite it needs a hook to hang your dress on...
I would definitely recommend having your wedding here as I couldn't have asked for a better day. The horror stories of stressful wedding planning and wedding days just didn't come into play and I wish we could do it all over again!

Everything went so smoothly and the hotel was a gorgeous setting for our pictures, the room was amazing and so was our suite. stayed in. Two of my friends were able to stay with me and it was so spacious we could do all of the morning preparations there.
Mark and Hannah made the day so perfect, a massive thank you to them. From setting up the room to looking after our friends and family to making sure I was happy with everything no job was too small for them, during the meal mark even rocked my 7 month old to sleep in his pram so we could eat our meals. Absolute legend!
The food was delicious and copious, the evening buffet was scrumptious, the DJ was spot on and did everything we asked.
A perfect day in a stunning venue with the most helpful staff.

to portrait to others outside your own imagination. But from the first informal chat, right through to the end of our day with Letchworth hall hotel I couldn't of been made to feel more individual, important and welcome. They were so accommodating and gave gidence when needed. They really embraced the quirkiness of the day and brought special touches that even I couldn't of imagined. From booking into my room the night before, when I was given an upgrade to the suite! To a team of wonderfully polite staff ready to sort through 500 pieces of crockery to help the tables come together. Specially made drinks, delicious food, beautifully kept hotel and grounds and from the planners to the managers, the waiters, bar staff and poor girls cleaning up at the end while we tried to get the last drunken dancers off the dance floor. All amazing. So to say I'm happy with our day..... Is a massive understatement. After all, memories last a life time.... Thank you Letchworth hall hotel for our memories.

We had the wedding of our dreams and Lisa made sure that everything ran smoothly and was there for us whatever we needed. She is a real credit to the hotel.

The banquet food was superb! All our guests commented on how good it was and the wide range of different food to choose from.

I had suite 16 as my bridal suite, it was lovely and big which suited us as we had a large bridal party. If we needed anything we just told reception and they brought up what we needed.I could not fault the service.

A nice touch as well was that we were reserved a room for our wedding party for breakfast the next morning.

I would love to go back and re-live the day all again and would not choose another venue for my wedding to take place.

young team of staff were so good and all appeared to enjoy there work! Not a massive staff team but all knew exactly what and when they should be doing things.
The food was faultless everyone raved about the canapés and the pure volume of food (which was important to our guests-greedy) The meal was served beautifully and all at the correct times, no long waits between courses.
The breakfast was also delicious the following morning absolutely everything you could want was available.
As my Dad is in a wheelchair accessibility was important for us when looking at a venue. Letchworth Hall couldn't of made this more simple- ramps were available and all staff were accommodating to his needs. I thank you for this.
As I knew all along our wedding would go without a hitch, smooth stress free and so enjoyable, fantastic. I would recommend Letchworth Hall Hotel to anymore looking for the perfect wedding venue, with its beautiful character and charm. We'll certainly be back for our anniversary.

Wedding as did many of our guests. The setting is amazing and the staff were lovely. The day went without any problems and was very well organized. The great hall was perfect to have the ceremony and then on to the marsden suit for the reception. The food was amazing so many of our guests commented on how nice it was and how much you got.
Letchworth Hall was great value for money with so many extra's such as DJ and evening buffet included in the price also its one less thing to worry about booking!!!
