so hard to bring all our visions to life and the day was so smooth and relaxing. As we know not everything goes to plan and when a little rain got in the way the team jumped into action and rearranged in such short notice with zero interruptions. And I have to mention the FOOD. The food was beyond amazing and all our guests are still raving about it now!
Loch Lomond Arms Hotel is in the perfect location with the most stunning venues and gorgeous backdrop but what really made the day for us both was the staff. They made sure everything was perfect and such an ease. THANK YOU SO MUCH x

50 guests. We were able to make amendments to the package (add an extra canape). James was also there to answer any question we had about the process or how to plan a wedding in general.

In terms of the venue itself -- the event space was perfect to hold our medium sized wedding in (50 guests). They could also accommodate larger weddings if your numbers are bigger. There are two event rooms (adjoining) and an outdoor space. It was beautiful, felt low-key and romantic which is the vibe we were looking for. The setting is also stunning and a 5 minute walk from Luss Pier which is a perfect spot to get some wedding day photos.

The food was 10/10. The menu was a major factor in picking the venue. The canapes were delicious. The main meal was so, so good -- and I loved being able to give our guests a choice of 3 options for all 3 courses.

On the day coordination was also superb (provided by the venue). Sophie was lovely, we got to chat to her over Zoom before our big day. She was discreet but very helpful with any minor hiccups that occurred.

being there on my wedding morning and helping me through the nerves and being amazing throughout the full day! Lomond Arms. Planner James fully understood the relaxed vibe we were looking for and his suggestions were spot on. It was a magical evening, with the roaring fire, traditional decor, excellent sound system and a delicious dinner menu that had all 12 of us fully satisfied, before retiring to our very comfortable and classically Scottish bedrooms for the night. Breakfast was superb and we left the Loch Lomond Arms very happy indeed. The whole experience was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Thank you James and Co! We'll be back for dinner and a trip down wedding memory lane in the summer!

style for what we envisioned for our day. The staff were able to recommend so many local suppliers to help make our dream wedding a reality. Everyone commented on the day about how amazing the venue, staff, service and the food were. Nothing was a bother. A special mention to James, the wedding coordinator at the hotel, who read all of my long winded (borderline OCD) emails, and listened to all my worries, and ramblings on the weeks leading up to the wedding. He made us feel so at ease during the entire process, particularly during the pandemic and not knowing what our day would look like. We cannot think him enough for making our day so so special, and having a great sense of humour throughout (which was much needed)!
I would recommend Loch Lomond Arms Hotel to anyone looking for a fun, friendly, laid back atmosphere. I only wish we could relive our whole day again!

the decorating ourselves . If it wasn't for Sophie and James helping us to get things looking just right, then I might have not been quite as calm. Throughout the whole journey, from start to finish, nothing was a problem here for any of our requests. We went for a non traditional set up for our special day, with barbecue and an ice cream cart, which again, the hotel helped us come up with the right menu. The whole location and rustic vibe suited us. When it poured with rain in the evening, it just added to the dramatic background even more(is it ever not beautiful in Luss!).
The staff at the hotel could certainly teach some other hotels a few things about customer service for sure. A wedding is very special, and you need to be able to relax and enjoy yourself. This hotel and the staff certainly provided us, and our guests, with amazing memories that we will cherish forever.

Lomond for our ceremony and reception. The food, drink and party afterwards were exactly what we wanted as well. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did!

I would 100% recommend Loch Lomond Arms Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue that offers lots of different options, flexibility and a great selection of different locations to have your dream wedding.
