The former rectory of honey-coloured stone, set in eight acres of landscaped grounds and rolling parkland with a tranquil stream flowing gently by makes for a magical setting for your wonderful day in the stunning Cotswold countryside.

Lords is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies & civil partnerships and offers a choice of idyllic settings overlooking the beautiful walled garden or the conservatory flooded with sunlight and access to the courtyard and stunning gardens beyond.

Our Team will look after you and your guests with genuine warmth and total attention to detail. We truly understand that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and we will personally oversee the co-ordination of your event from the start to ensure the day exceeds your expectations.

What a fabulous wedding day we had at the Lords of the Manor, it was perfect and all down to the wonderful surroundings and Hanna and her team who made it run so smoothly.

Hanna, the Events Manager, who made sure everything was seamless from start to finish and was very attentive to our needs over the nine months of planning. The food was exceptional and the service was faultless. The hotel staff provided a very warm greeting to all of our guests on arrival and looked after them throughout their stay. Our guests commented on the high level of service they received and the luxurious rooms they stayed in. Lords of the Manor made our wedding day very memorable and I can’t thank them enough for making the day so special for us. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a five star wedding experience in a luxurious Manor House, set in a beautiful quaint village surrounded by the English countryside. We are so pleased that we chose Lords of the Manor in Upper Slaughter for our Wedding. Paul Thompson (the hotel manager) made us feel completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for him and his superb team. Communication was excellent and we certainly felt that we were in very capable hands. …

The day itself was seamless and their attention to detail was a credit to the team. The food was excellent and I have only had top reviews from our guests. The atmosphere at this hotel was perfect for our winter wedding; log fires and a wonderful cosy atmosphere. The Tracy Room was just superb, so luxurious and with glorious views across the hotel gardens and grounds. I wouldn't change a thing about our day. We would just love to do it all over again!

We will certainly be back for another weekend in the Cotswolds and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
