The function room was perfect for the size of wedding we had and the table setting was just perfect, intimate and just formal enough for the occasion.

The packages are excellent value for money. Compared to other venues, the price seems high but the amount you get for your money and the quality you get for your money is exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful so you can instantly see what you're paying for. However, within our package, three mansion bedrooms were also included. I was incredibly lucky to stay the night prior and spend the morning getting ready with my bridesmaids in the Lady Zia suite. The room is exquisite and made the lead up to the ceremony even more special. My husband and I also stayed in this room - a perfect end to a perfect day.

A toastmaster was also included in our package and this was a great addition. It allowed us to relax during the day, knowing that any direction would be given by Robin - who was lovely! This definitely took the stress away from a member of our bridal party.

The wedding breakfast was amazing. The quality of the food was high, including the vegetarian options. A special mention has to go to the sorbet we chose - coconut and rum. It was truly a hit with our guests and particularly with me - I wanted to buy it by the tub! I was even given an extra one on the wedding day. The chefs were very accommodating as a few of our guests had specific dietary requirements. We also had the opportunity to come for a menu tasting previously which was the most enjoyable evening.

Overall, we had the most perfect wedding day and we will cherish the memories forever. Luton Hoo will always hold a special place in our hearts and we cannot thank you enough for making our dreams come true.

that everything was thoroughly covered for the big day. We really appreciated her advice on points such as the line up to help make the day as enjoyable as possible and always felt we were in safe hands. We were also treated to an extra upgrade to a stunning hotel room!

Bobby and the rest of the staff on the day were also fantastic. They took care of everything and the service we received throughout the day was spot on. We couldn’t have wished for anything more from the day and everyone involved in our wedding from Luton Hoo did a brilliant job.

Everything was perfect and we had a time we will remember for the rest of our lives.

happy to meet up whenever we needed to go through details as it can become quite overwhelming. Nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say at no point did I feel stressed out as everything was taken care of.
When the wedding came we had organised a buffet type meal the night before for our family members and we were in a private room to ourselves which was a blessing when we had 8 very excited children for the coming day!!
The food was excellent, too good to be fair as I had to be good knowing I had my dress to get in the next day!! We were all able to catch up and get excited together and no one had the worry of getting to the venue the next day.
I was lucky enough to be staying in the Lady Zia suite in the mansion house which is absolutely breathtaking. This was where I was able to get ready for the big day and I felt like a princess.
Despite running a little over time there was no rush or chaos, the day just flowed and we have no complaints on anything!! The food was amazing, the service of the waiters, bar staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. A gentleman called Bobby was overseeing the running of the wedding and he was brilliant too, he is there in the background making sure everyone is doing exactly what they should be, the day was simply perfect!!
A lot of our guests stayed the night of the wedding and all of them commented on how lovely the accommodation is and we had four family members in their 90’s attend our wedding and they were particularly looked after which we are extremely grateful for.
We can honestly say we had the best day ever and can’t thank Luton Hoo enough x

Janet kept us informed throughout the planning stages, coming up with ideas that we had not even considered. We had several meetings prior to our wedding and an excellent running order created by Janet and the team. On our final consultation we were introduced to our events manager Bobby, who was a delight to work with and made our special day run so smoothly with the trademark attention to detail.
Whilst in the planning stages of our wedding Janet was keen to keep in touch and happy to offer helpful suggestions, many of which we implemented into our day. Janet was keen to assist us throughout the journey of planning our wedding it was refreshing each time we met with Janet how keen she was to hear of our ideas and how they would and could be brought into the day.
On the day itself there are no other words to describe it other than purely magical, we were greeted by the excellent reception team and taken to our suite to prepare for the day ahead with a glass of champagne. Bobby came up and once again with attention to detail assisted us with our pin hole flowers, the wedding party found this funny. Bobby was dedicated right from the start to ensure that the careful planning shone through on the day.
Walking down the grand stairs of the mansion in preparation of the ceremony with Janet and Bobby was very exciting and a perfect start to our day. Bobby ensured perfect timing was kept even ensuring that the right music was playing for our guests to be seated to. We entered the ceremony room and were blown away by the creativity of Liz who Janet suggested. Her design for the flowers and chairs was flawless and in keeping of what we wanted four our special day.
The ceremony was followed by a flawless reception for our guests. The staff were so attentive and ensured that everyone was able to enjoy the venue and food without running short of refreshments. Giving us time to escape for some photos and enjoy the first moments of married life together!
The wedding breakfast overlooking the spectacular grounds with the fireplace in the background was flawless. Our guests loved the food, service and attention to detail that was provided and we appreciated how Bobby ensured the breakfast stayed to time and managed the speeches.
Our evening reception was held in the Faberge suite. Once again Liz excelled and ensured that the room looked magical. As our guests arrived they quickly found the dedicated bar and made themselves at home. As the evening progressed the food was brought through much to our guests delight. The evening food was delightful and enjoyed by all, as was the bar.
As the evening drew to a close both Janet and Bobby came through to wish us well and ensure that the day had met, if not exceeded our expectations. This was a lovely touch that was warmly received by both of us. As we reached the end of our special day it was evermore clear that we had chosen the perfect venue for us but also that Janet and Bobby had worked so hard to ensure our day went smoothly. The little extra things they did throughout the day really meant the world to us both, it is clear that they both take great pride in what they do and work to ensure that when planning and orchestrating a wedding they really care. We cannot than you enough for making our day so magical.

When we met Bobby for the first time, we knew that we wanted him to run the day, and he and the team did not disappoint. He was attentive and filled us with confidence that everything was in hand. Our guests spent the day telling us what a wonderful time they were having - what more could we want. We will be coming to Luton Hoo for many more years to come. It has always been a special place for us - even more so now. It was the happiest day of our lives (so far!) and we are still on cloud 9. We want to thank everyone for what they did to make our wedding day such a wonderful experience.

decided not to look anywhere else, and we booked for our wedding venue.
From then on, Janet guided us through everything we needed to think about, arrange & book ready for our big day. On the day itself, Ebony & staff looked after both of us, and the day could not have gone any better, we didnt have to worry about anything, nothing was to much trouble, and we wernt made to feel like we were rushing to fit a time schedule, it was a calm relaxed day.
Now looking back, we are so pleased we booked Luton Hoo for our venue, it has given us some great pictures in both the gardens, and the old Mansion House, and many happy memories. We cant wait to go back!

most of all the beautiful different rooms in the Mansion House for the various parts of our day to give the guests variety and keep the day fresh and full of energy without the need for convoys to change locations. It was also great that day and evening guests could stay at Luton Hoo and have their own enjoyment and space around the ceremony and party. In short, Luton Hoo offered the wow factor and brought style and glamour to the wedding while being convenient for guests from the UK and overseas. The staff were great and took excellent care of us throughout the day making it stress-free. That allowed us to enjoy a perfect day with family and friends. With so many beautiful features perfect for photographs, and excellent staff, Luton Hoo was the ultimate dreamy wedding venue for us.

look beautiful. There is an amazing garden as well. Secondly, being a five star hotel, the service is spot-on. The event manager leading up to the wedding and the coordinator on the day are both excellent. You seriously don't need to worry anything! The last but not least reason we chose Luton Hoo is because we can have everything hosted in the same venue and there are so many things guests can do, so they will never get bored. We had a relatively small wedding with around 70 guests. The majority of the guests arrived the day before the wedding, check-in to the hotel, had a lovely summer BBQ dinner as a pre-celebration! In the morning on the wedding day, they had a lovely breakfast, then went to walk around the estate (1000 acres!), some got spa done, we even host a golf tournament in the morning. The guests loved it! They said it is more like a weekend getaway, which is exactly what we wanted! Luton Hoo will always be the place we would like to come back every year. Thank you for everyone in the hotel who helped us making the day perfect!!!!

On the big day, our day-of coordinator, Bobby, was the calm in the storm- quickly catering to our every need with great attentiveness, precision, and of course, calmness. Bobby ensured Craig and I were relaxed and having the time of our lives from the beginning of the day until the very end of the evening. The Luton Hoo venue and staff: incredibly professional, warm, and absolutely perfect. My husband and I wish we could relive the day all over again! some 18 months as we worked through and fine tuned our plans for the wedding. Layla was very supportive, provided us with great advice, suggestions and recommendations and also had lots of patience as we worked through all of the details, to help ensure our day was as special to us as we wanted it to be.

I’m sure there were a few times when Layla wanted us to leave her and the team to it, as clearly the Hotel have quite a few weddings in a year, but throughout the planning process Layla was keen to keep in touch, meet with us, discuss things and was always happy to talk things over, show us around the Hotel function rooms, suites and facilities (sometimes on several occasions) so that we were 100% happy and clear on things. None of our asks where ever too much and Layla provided a first class, prompt, efficient, professional, friendly and often supportive experience.

On the afternoon before the wedding, Layla introduced as to Bobby who would run the day for us from the Hotel team. Again, the professional yet personal approach was evident as the Luton Hoo team, lead by Bobby and Layla walked us through the plans for the wedding day itself and every single detail had been captured and, as importantly the essence of the wedding day we hoped for.

As for the actual day, I’m sure every couple hopes for their “perfect day” and quite simply, the location, the atmosphere, the catering and the whole Luton Hoo team delivered our "perfect day" for us.

We couldn't recommend Luton Hoo highly enough. If your looking for a very special day and a brilliant location with a team of fantastic people, focused on delivering a truly wonderful experience, then Luton Hoo is the place to book.

wedding planning team, having our taster menu and every visit leading up to the big day itself is just amazing. You literally cannot stop your excitement!
The day itself was absolutely perfect. The dreams of 'what could be', did not disappoint. Everything was flawless. We would like to say that Janet & Bobby were absolutely outstanding. We could not have wished for a more perfect day. Janet & Bobby met our every need and went above and beyond to meet our expectations and more. Together they made our wedding that extra bit special.

our wedding day, ensuring a friendly but professional approach. Bobby was there on the day and we absolutely fell in love with him! He directed everyone where they needed to be and ensured we were in the right place at the right time! Who wouldn't love someone who kept their champagne glass filled up all day?!
The venue is stunning and the accommodation was first class. So many great places to have pictures done. We then had our own room for a private breakfast with friends and family that had stayed at the hotel. We didn't even know this was planned, so was a lovely surprise, and the breakfast was fantastic.
We are local to the hotel, so will definitely be returning for weekend stays.

The wedding tasting in the months prior to the wedding was an experience in itself. The food was delicious, and the chef even came out to chat to us afterwards, welcoming feedback, ideas and tweaks to ensure our food was exactly how we wanted it.

The gorgeous accommodation the night before certainly helps you get into the "bridal" mood!
The day itself, 21st August 2015, was utterly perfect and everything went according to plan - even the weather behaved! Bobby was fantastic taking care of the formal parts of the day (including looking after a jittery bride!), keeping our guests well informed, and making sure our glasses were never empty! The same goes for Lukasz, who was amazing in helping us dance the night away.
The photo opportunities are endless, from the gorgeous rock garden (complete with buggy ride there!) and formal gardens, to the vast staircase and stunning panoramic shots of the house itself - one of our favourites.
Personal touches like reserved parking spaces, porters acknowledging you by name on arrival, are what help make this place so special.
Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding and whilst we're happy the planning stress is over(!), we'd relive this day in a heartbeat.
This place is heaven on earth. We can't wait to celebrate an anniversary with you in the future.

After several meetings and what we felt were difficult 'demands' they were able to cater for all of our needs. From arranging top class accommodation, the most amazing photographic backgrounds, to being able to cater for our younger guests requirements, nothing seemed too much trouble.

We attended a tasting evening so we could choose our wedding breakfast menu and wines, which was the most fabulous experience. Meeting the chef who was very accommodating with our requests and the sommelier who educated us on the various choices to perfection, without making us feel we were out of our depth with expense.

The big day arrived and as we pulled up outside to the complete splendour of the Luton Hoo, we were greeted with our own reserved parking space and also one for our Rolls Royce Phantom wedding car which was held for the full four days.

The doormen greeted us by name and were incredibly attentive and helped unload several cars of outfits and luggage and by the time we were checked in and shown to our bridal suite, all of our belongings were in situ.

Throughout our stay, we could not have wished for a more personal attentive service, we truly felt we could have been royalty. Nothing was ever too much.

It was personal without being too familiar, if you know what I mean.

Janet was so patient with me, she was so very lovely, also Katie and Chris were fantastic, very knowledgable, professional and without any doubt a complete amazing team. The food was exquisite with an outstanding choice of menus, our flower lady Liz was extremely helpful making the flowers for the whe event simply outstanding, my guests were amazed and had a most wonderful day, evening and night. Luton Hoo organised the DJ and dance floor which made the evening reception super easy to organise. The food was so tasty and high quality, our guests were very happy! I absolutely loved my wedding day, we had a church ceremony and driving up to the Luton Hoo in the wedding car was a special moment. The bedrooms that myself and groom had was so romantic and our friends and family were all very satisfied with their stay which included breakfast at a great rate. An absolutely perfect day which I wish I could do all over again!

brilliant. He understood exactly what we wanted and helped us to shape our day. Throughout the process, he was always available and happy to help with even the smallest, silliest questions.

We had a designated wedding coordinator, Bobby, who I met the day before the wedding to go through the event sheet which we had put together with Jonathan and I left feeling relaxed and excited for the next day with absolutely no worries at all.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our wedding was. Everything was organised and run perfectly but all the work was done behind the scenes with no involvement needed from myself or my husband at all. All of the staff from the waiting team to the doormen were so friendly and congratulatory and were more than happy to help both on the day and in the run up.

I would definitely recommend Luton Hoo to anyone - we had such an amazing day and I strongly believe that it is down to Jonathan's organisation pre-wedding and Bobby's execution on the day.

been planned and made the whole process both seamless and enjoyable. Anytime we had a question we knew we could send an email and get a quick response. Lisa had great knowledge and advice but also welcomed all our ideas to make the day special to us.

The day before the wedding it was great to have our final meeting with Lisa to run through the day and meet our Event Manager, Bobby, who would be there for our wedding day.

The day itself was truly amazing, it was all we could of wished for and more. Everything was perfect and just as we had planned which meant we could relax and enjoy the day. The day ran so smoothly and this was down to Bobby and the fantastic team.

We recommend Luton Hoo to anyone looking for a wedding venue as it really is the perfect venue.
