From our first meeting, you made us all feel comfortable, offering advice and support in relation to the use of the pavilion. You have given us so much of your time to discuss arrangements, making the day as lovely as it possibly could have been.
The day itself was perfect. You and your staff were outstanding. A number of our guests made comment on how impressed they were with the management and running of the reception. For a number of them, it was their first visit to the estate and to the Cavendish Pavilion. They said would be returning. My brother, who works in events at Harrogate International Conference Centre, said how professional your team were and how smoothly the event ran.
Your service and that of your team has provided us with many happy memories of our daughter’s wedding day and we cannot express just how delighted we were to have chosen the pavilion as the location for the reception.

On the day you organised the day perfectly. We felt we could relax because we knew you had everything in hand. Your reassuring face was there when needed. The staff were friendly and approachable. The food was amazing and we had such good feedback about the whole meal. In particular, the vegetarians were more than happy with their nut roast. All the food was tasty and plentiful.
Right to the end of the day you handled things perfectly. Your staff worked so hard to make sure all our guests were happy.
We really can't thank you and your staff enough for making our day run smoothly and enabling us to relax and enjoy the day to the full.
