The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel is situated close to Stratford upon Avon and Warwick town centres and is very easy to find being just 5 minutes’ drive from M40 junction 15. We have 70 bedrooms including some in the original farm house and a large on-site complementary car park. The beautiful St Leonard’s Church and the National Trust Charlecote Park are just a moments’ walk away

A BARN WEDDING WITHOUT THE MUD......

Our beautiful Hampton Suite, dates back to the 16th century is situated within the hotel grounds but is completely self-contained, including reception area, lounge, private outdoor seating deck, large function room and distinctive bar. Our recent refurbishment in simple greys shows off some of the original beams and features. It is also licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 100 and we can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding reception and up to 190 for an informal evening buffet reception.

Our wedding day was beautiful, everything went as planned, the food was lovely and there was plenty of it, the staff were friendly and very organised and everything went as planned on the day.

We had the most incredible day thanks to the special team at Charlecote. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. Amelia and Rebecca made us both feel so special and surprised us with flowers and decorations in the bridal suite, they ensured everything ran so smoothly. The food …

was amazing and we have received such fabulous feedback from our guests about how delicious it was. Rob and his team ran the event with ease and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, not many brides get to say their wedding day was relaxing!! Thank you so much for your help with running our wedding reception on Sunday. Apart from the rain, everything went smoothly. We are really happy we chose to have our reception at Charlecote Pheasant Hotel. The guests loved it too.

Let me start with the venue. What a fantastic place to get married, it is full of character, exceptionally well presented and a delight to be at.

commended for this. The change around from ceremony to reception was swift and very well done without any fuss and looked like a dream when completed.

The staff were exceptional with everything they did and could not do enough to make the day a total success, the timing was a little delayed due to us which delayed the food serving yet all of the food was perfectly cooked and hot when served (not had that at a wedding before) and the staff were all prepared and knew how to cater for our guests with allergies. The service was impeccable, no-one had to wait for anything and the serving staff were swift with delivery of anything ordered.

We have had several comments from our guests that that was the best wedding they have ever been to and it was down to you and your team, we cannot thank you all enough for giving us one of the best days of our lives. From our point of view we would score you 10/10 for everything.

I think it's also important to note that despite COVID and its restrictions you and your team delivered under very difficult circumstances and you should all be very proud of what you achieved on the day, we both recognise how much hard work you and your team put into making our wedding a brilliant event and we will be forever grateful to you.

A simple one word description for the day and for you and your team's efforts would be OUTSTANDING.
