beautiful. Having the sea and Swanage bay in the background whilst saying our vows was wonderfully romantic and peaceful. There was a tiny bit of rain just before the ceremony but Lindsay and Chrissie sorted everything out so that we walked a different way and didn't get wet! Luckily the rain stopped just before the ceremony and it was dry the rest of the day with the moody sky acting as a great backdrop for the photos. We got to go down to the beach to take our photos which, as sea lovers, was ideal! The wedding breakfast food was of an amazingly high standard especially catering for 110 people. All the staff throughout the weekend were so professional and lovely and constantly ensured we had everything we needed, they really made the whole atmosphere relaxed and fun whilst also maintaining an extremely high standard of service. Lindsay and Chrissie went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment of the weekend and weren’t having to worry about a thing. It was genuinely the best day of our lives and we cannot thank you all enough for making it so perfect and special.

Hope you and your team are all well and that the Hotel is enjoying its upgrade! We would just like to thank you and all of your fabulous team, from the reception staff through to the housekeepers, for all the hard work you put in to making our Wedding Day such a special occasion. …

Myself, Graham and our guests all said what a wonderful day they had and that nothing was too much trouble. Right from the planning process, where all your expertise guided us through all the finest of details (most of which we hadn’t even thought about), to the finale our Wedding Day. Which went off without a hitch!!

It was such a lovely day which showed of the Hotel, Gardens and the Capri tent off so beautifully. Caroline’s flowers adorned the Hotel and the Capri tent they also had such a fabulous scent. Your role as Master of Ceremonies was carried out without fault, and the Canapes which were served by Chrissy and her Band of Merry Men were very tasty little morsels, many of the guests complimented them. We would also like to offer our compliments to the Chef as the Wedding Breakfast was delicious and again to Chrissy and her Band of Merry Men who were ultra efficient and really courteous throughout the whole day. They attended to our every whim and need without hesitation. The evening staff were great at skilfully manning the bar and laying out the local cheeses and chutneys followed by the cake. Which went down a storm as well, just enough after all the sumptuous food from earlier.

Suffice to say we both had a wonderful day and would recommend the hotel and your team without question to any one thinking of having their Wedding Day at The Grand!

We hope to be free to come and have a weekend in February with you then we will book in for our first Wedding Anniversary while we are there.

My husband and I have always loved The Grand Hotel so was no contest when choosing our wedding venue. Lyndsay was our wedding coordinator at The Grand Hotel and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. On the week leading up to our wedding she was amazing, she made it so easy to decorate the venue …

before our actual wedding day and then on our wedding day Lyndsay and the employees there did all the table decorations for us meaning I didn't have to stress on the day. Lyndsay also made it so easy for knowing where we all needed to be and when the speeches started.
All in all our wedding day went so smoothly and we were blessed with wonderful weather. I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel for your wedding venue, wonderful view and wonderful people!!!
