I can’t thank Cydnie enough for the help and support she gave us on our wedding journey. She guided us through the process and gave lots of advice when we weren’t quite sure about some of the things we wanted, or how something would work best.

We were married at Church and had welcome drinks …

and canapés in the Bar Vista. We then moved into the Cheshire Suite for our evening reception.

The rooms were beautifully presented and had plenty of space for our guests. The food was lovely and there was plenty of choice available at the bar for drinks.

The rooms, facilities and grounds of Wychwood are kept to perfection. They are of an extremely high standard. There is plenty of space for indoor and outdoor photography opportunities.

Although the venue was still open to other guests for overnight stays and meal bookings etc, this did not disturb our day in the slightest. It honestly felt like we were the only ones there.

There is not one thing we would change about our day and the majority of that is down to Cydnie and the team!

We cannot recommend Wychwood enough as a wedding venue. It truly was the happiest of days and we are so very grateful.

Adam did an amazing job setting up the room for us, and no job was too small for him and the team. They really did everything they could above and beyond to make the day great.

The place itself is delightful and although the weather wasn't good on the day (apparently), I never noticed I was too engulfed in the day and the magic, there are under cover areas outside if needed from the bar area upstairs.

We have to go back again just to enjoy the surroundings and perhaps treat ourselves to an overnight stay. We wish we could rewind and do it all over again!

We chose the leek and potato soup as our starter, chicken roast for main and chocolate cheese cake for dessert, everything was presented lovely and was tasty, the best chicken roast I have ever tasted, exceptional, and all the guests were of the same opinion. The vegetarian guests were delighted at the choices. Our bacon and sausage baps with wedges for our evening buffet were amazing with sauce choices and the vegetarian sausages were lovely.

On the day, Eleasha and Matty were reassuring and a professional presence throughout and it allowed it to go smoothly. They were such friendly people to have on my side. The guests also commented on the high quality of their hotel rooms and the indoor and outdoor premises, which also boasts a golf course. It is a really well kept venue. The affordable package included well presented and tasty canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet foods which were also complimented by guests.

organization and calm attitude of ALL the staff is why I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! I will forever be happy with the perfect day we had because of this hotel, additionally Bernadette and Eleasha are fantastic.

The rooms my family and I stayed in were also amazing. They were comfortable, clean and well looked after. The refurbishment has made the hotel look like new! It is beautiful and very on trend.

Everything we asked for we got and the room was fantastic. The service from the team was great both day & night. What a team, they are a great bunch! Hats off to big Terry our toastmaster who was so patient and understanding. I really can't fault them at all. All of our guests have complimented on how beautiful the venue was and how everything just ran so smoothly. It put all our guests at ease and they thoroughly enjoyed their day and night with us. The food was to die for wow!

From canapes to wedding breakfast to evening buffet, it was a beautiful spread! We cannot thank Wychwood enough for making our day magical and a day we will never forget for the rest of our lives.

Due to Covid we had our date moved several times & each time we got in touch with Wychwood they were so accommodating. Not only are the grounds beautiful but the team there are absolutely fantastic & we had the best day.

We had the most amazing day. It was really special. We would like to thank EMILY for organising the wedding and making US FEEL SO SPECIAL.

We got married here on 28th December! The surroundings and the attention to detail were superb! I could not recommend the venue highly enough! 5-Stars is not enough!

we liked how bar vista was at the time, but after the refurbishment we couldn’t of been happier with how it looks now.
We found the staff to be extremely helpful when planning our wedding especially Bernadette, who looked after all of our finer details. The catering team did an excellent job of our food, all of our guests were very happy. Ellie who ran our wedding on the day was very professional and helpful, our whole weekend went very smoothly thanks to the staff at Wychwood. We highly recommend the venue.
