Just outside the city centre, Verulamium Park offers over 100 acres of charming lawns, gardens and woodlands, as well as a museum exploring St Albans’ Roman roots. St Alban’s boasts not one but two train stations; City Station serves commuters with a fast rail link to London in one direction and Luton Airport in the other, while Abbey Station serves nearby Watford Junction.
