Salisbury Plain holds Stonehenge and the Avebury Stone Circle. Situated within the stone circle are village houses that are thatched pubs. Local delicacies include their local cheeses, and the Wiltshire Lardy Cake. Perfect picturesque villages and the Salisbury Cathedral, which is considered to be one of Britain's most beautiful buildings and the highest number of churchgoers are attraction favorites. This is also home to one of the only four copies of the legit Magna Carter within the Salisbury Cathedral. Salisbury and the Cathedral famously inspired numerous John Constable's drawings and paintings. Other famous attractions include drive through safari, Longleat and Caen Hill Locks, a scheduled ancient monument which is known as ‘one of the wonders of the waterways’.
