Try not to fight when you’re both tired or hungry. It can be so easy to become more agitated over little things when you’re not on top form. Instead, grab a snack to share and communicate. Worse comes to worst, you gain a few pounds!
Date Night
Once a month, do something special. Whether it’s a walk, a cinema trip or a quick bite; just get out of the house. A fun date night is important to keep and gives you both a good chance to catch up.
Treat Each Other
It’s funny, often we can treat total strangers better than our family and loved ones. Make sure you treat your partner from time-to-time remembering that they deserve it too. You never know, good behavior could rub off on them and they might do the same!
