Comfy Cotton Clothing (and a Cardi)
An outfit as comfy as possible that will also let you through security easily is essential. If you can avoid a lot of metal, belts or rubber soles in your outfit, it’s all the better for you to breeze through security! Remember to bring something warm to wrap yourself up in during your chilly flight. And if you’re prone to swollen feet mid-air, it may be an idea to bring some spare flip-flops.
A Good Book
Since technology isn’t viable during most flights, a good old-fashioned book is usually a perfect option. Something you’ve had lying around the house and have been meaning to dig into or a light short book – what ever takes your fancy!
Headphones
With the general noise that comes with an airplane (noisy children, trolleys, conversations), make sure you bring something to cancel it all out. Whether they’re purely for cancelling noise or just to listen to your holiday playlist, good headphones will let you escape!
A Mini-Sized Make-up Bag
Even if you have just got off a 12-hour flight you probably don’t want to look it as you begin your honeymoon. Keep your products basic (foundation or moisturizer, face wipes, deodorant) and under the 100ml limit of course! Remember to bring hand sanitizer as enclosed spaces, like planes, can often carry germs
A Great Carry on Bag
A great purse or rucksack will change your life in terms of travelling. Something that is easily expandable but can fit into the required dimensions is what you are looking for here. If it has plenty of compartments to keep important items like money or your passport it’s all the better. Fishing around for your plastic bag of liquids is never fun!
