Katherine & Stephen tied the knot on the 27thJuly 2013 (the last day of the heatwave) in the BEST WESTERN Forest Hills Hotel, Frodsham wedding venue.
“We met through a mutual friend at a Christian festival in 2010. Within a few days of meeting he had swept me off my feet…. and into a muddy puddle!”
“Forest Hills Hotel is such an incredible location for a wedding. We first saw Forest Hills on a clear and sunny day. The views are breathtaking and the staff went out of their way, to make our wedding extremely memorable.”
“Forest Hill Hotel stands out because of it’s location and the stunning views. The price is also extremely reasonable as you do not pay for room hire like you do in a lot of places.”
“We were planning the wedding for 12 months. We enjoyed because we found our skills complemented each other.”
“Everyone really enjoyed the food at the Forest Hills. We had wonderful butternut squash soup made especially for us. Our main was chicken and we had a lovely lemon tart for dessert.”
“We didn’t follow any particular trends or themes, but our tables were named after significant dates for us as a couple, including our first date and engagement day.”
“Frodsham is an amazing backdrop for photographers – we used the view over the Mersey estuary for pictures. We also used some of the paths around the viewpoint.”
“My wedding dress was a strapless, lace sheath dress with a bit of a vintage feel. I loved it!”
“The best part of the wedding day was seeing my groom’s smile as I walked down the aisle.”
“We had imported a ceilidh band from Scotland in the evening. If I could relive just one part of the wedding day, it would be the final dance of the evening was particularly memorable as everyone was dancing.”
