Weddings and Laws
As your marriage is a legal ceremony, bare in mind that you still will have to deal with some issues. In England and Wales you cannot be legally married outside. The marriage has to take place indoors within a church, register office or in a venue for marriage and be conducted by a registrar or a member of the clergy. So you could also get married in a Register Office and have the ceremony after.
Weather
So there are a lot of practicalities to consider if you want to have an outdoor wedding reception. You also need to consider the possibility of heating for your guests.
If you’re worried that your guests won’t be able to handle the severe weather conditions of a light breeze, why not comprise? Think about all the days you went camping out the back garden. They were still just as fun but you always had the security net of being near a house.
Dinning
If you’re brave enough to have an outdoor wedding, you might as well go all out and have something unique as a food choice too. BBQs are a great way to do this, think fun festival food, drinking from plastic cups and great campfire music to bring a whole theme together.

If you’re committed to an outdoor wedding, sanitation will be an issue. It is crucial that you give your guests adequate facilities! As well as this, make sure your guests are covered by insurance to have a wedding outdoors. Don’t forget to organise a cleanup party after the day to remove and rubbish or leftover décor.
