If you love your pet and they play an important role in your lives as a couple, family fun wouldn’t be complete without your pet’s involvement. So, with this in mind it’s becoming more common that couple’s are looking to involve their pets in their big day. Here are some tips on including pets at weddings.
Your pet’s personality
A pet can be a really fun guest at your wedding, but will he or she be capable of handling big crowds? Will they be obedient and well behaved? Even the more outgoing pets can get overwhelmed by big crowds. Test your pet’s ability slowly but surely with outings and parties.
Guests
If you have small children or elderly people attending your day, then you need to make sure that they know there will be a pet there on the day. As well, any guests with allergy requirements will need prior knowledge.
Pet sitter
There is enough to worry about on your big day. Hire a sitter to be responsible for bringing your pet to the ceremony, taking care of them and feeding them and of course bringing them home. That way, you don’t need to worry about your best bud getting into mischief.
