The Bingham
Already one of London and Surrey’s leading wedding venues, the Bingham in Richmond-upon-Thames has now enhanced its offering through the addition of a bespoke fitted terrace canopy. Days may be cloudy or sunny; the new canopy allows couples and their guests to enjoy the riverside garden whatever the weather, banishing the worries of winter weather what ifs! Guests can enjoy cocktails in the warmth of the private heated terrace underneath the bespoke awning come rain or shine, banishing worries ahead of the big day.
The Bingham is also launching its new wedding menus as from 1st October. The award-worthy food, from Head Chef Shaunak Singh, is an attraction in itself; it uses fresh, seasonal, ethical ingredients to create vibrant and interesting dishes. The new winter menus will feature starter dishes such as ‘seared hand dived scallop, roasted pumpkin veloute, potato gnocchi, glazed root vegetables’, main dishes such as ‘roasted seabass, spiced lentils, confit peppers, parsnip puree, bouillabaisse, brown shrimp salsa’ and ‘Creedy carver duck breast, crispy leg croquettes, vanilla and celeriac puree, braised red cabbage, thyme potato, duck sauce’. There will also be a selection of lip-smacking desserts.
