Pretty and Sheer
Sheers have been on the horizon since 2012 and seem to have no signs of slowing down. The chic alternative to going strapless, sheer fabrics can add the illusion to necklines and sheer arm coverings. Ever since Kate Middleton walked down the aisle in 2012, we have been obsessed with lace, and sheer fabrics are the next step.
Keep it Neutral
Nudes and neutrals have been key in 2013 and aren’t going anywhere for the summer months of 2014. Nudes are amazing for bridesmaids and even colour themes as they are easy to mix and match and pretty much suit everyone’s colour season palette.
Informal Fun
2013 was the summer of BBQs, Pigs on the spit, tea parties, DIY invites, home made favours and pot luck hen parties. We love the fun of anything does summer weddings and just thinking about it now for 2014 is getting us all excited! Miss Piggy offers gorgeous spit roasted pigs that come straight from their own farm. Yum!

Trash The Dress
As much as we love the photos, the idea of destroying our dresses AND the fact that they are also ruined for any future bride is enough to turn us off. We hate wasting a good dress and as much as we like the idea of doing it for charity, we definitely think there are better ways to do it. We’re officially saying goodbye to trash the dress!
