As we all know, football rivalries can get a little more than heated and big family gatherings are always a prime spot for an argument to arise. This clever groom decided to take it to a light hearted level though, with a hilariously brilliant wedding speech to his new family.
Setting up a dedication to an absent family member, with suitable tones of emotion in his voice, the groom asks the wedding party to pay their respects to an upstanding man who had a tremendous impact on his life. As relatives choke back a lumpy throat and dab their eyes, the Manchester City fans have no clue that they are toasting of course Sir Alex Ferguson. The groom later mentions that his dad would have preferred it that way than a soppy type of wedding speech.
