Oh how time flies! Congratulations it is just one month before your wedding day. You will not notice the next few weeks passing by so make sure your wedding planning is in order by taking care of the below if you have not already done so. And remember, enjoy every moment!
Wedding Stationery
The last of your RSVPs from your wedding invitations should now be arriving back. You should now be putting together your seating plan. Do not spend too much time on this, it is not worth getting stressed over. If you are making DIY escort cards and table numbers get started on this as soon as possible.
Dress Fittings
Your final dress fitting should be nearing. Make sure that you are 100% happy with how the dress looks and feels. Also check on the final fittings for your bridesmaids and groomsmen, is everything being taken care of?
Beauty Regime
Get enough sleep, eat healthily and try get a little exercise as much as you can. This can be the most stressful time so you should take a little time to yourself also. Go for a walk, treat yourself to a facial or meet a friend for tea and cake (we all need a treat once in awhile!). Confirm all of your beauty appointments and have your hair and make-up trial if this hasn’t already been taken care of.
Venue
Arrange a final meeting with the wedding co-ordinator to finalise any details and let them know about any requests you might have.
Music
Have you decided on a first dance song? Discuss this with your partner, ultimately you should choose a song that is meaningful to you both. You might also want to complete a playlist of some of your favourites tracks for the DJ.
Delegate
Little tasks and jobs always arrive. Call in your bridesmaids and groomsmen to help with some of these, they should only be glad to lend a helping hand!
Gifts
Purchase token gifts for your bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl and ring bearer to thank them for their help on the day and in the run up to your wedding.
Honeymoon
Confirm your honeymoon details once again. Make a list of what you have to pack and make a start on this at least a week before the big day.
After all of the above, you can sit back, relax, and… look forward to getting married!
